It costs me 8000php per month to feed them, and have someone take them for swims at the beach, the local agencies would only keep them in cages all the time. They go out everyday for recreation for hours
No, they are already in vulnerable phase as humans are encroaching into their territories. Also they are indigenous to Palawan and thus not considered exotic. Believe me, it’s so wrong to have them. I really wish they had be able to be released. They are used to living with a family clan of at least 12. They do not leave their parents to breed until one of the parents dies or is killed, and the unweaned babies up to 6 are left to die. It was very hard and stressful for me to raise them.
Hi friend thanks for sharing... keep safe🙋👍💚🙏
And soon after this, it's bossing the dog 🐕🤣🤣🤣
Lol not quite. But soon.
Hi, is it legal to own an otter here in Ph ? I'm interested in adopting.
No it is not. I have a special permission to raise them since the releases failed and they have no facilities or staff to care for them properly here.
@@OtterMom okay, thank you ! How unfortunate :( thank you for taking care of them !

@@OtterMom can they be owned as an exotic pet ? I'm thinking of the far future, I'm not owning one anytime soon 😁
