    Whew, this was a good one! Your mom had me laughing so hard I had to look away and close my eyes so I wouldn't get confused and follow her in the 2nd round. I totally get it with the brain confusion/workout. You deserve your hot dog for that one, for sure. Love this one April. I was able to keep up with you, finally, on the higher intense version. It only took me 6 months of working out to be able to go to higher intensity (LOL). Thank you so much for continuing these workouts, it has helped me greatly.

    Oh my I loved that one ! Finding your videos is THE BEST thing I have done in years! I am so unfit and inflexible I couldn’t do a whole one of your videos at first , but after doing one or two a day I can now ! I started off with the stretching and warmup ones and worked my way up as well as walking everyday . I honestly can’t thank you enough !!!

    Hello ladies, I did this HIIT workout today and I just want to say how much I appreciate all of the various choices you have made available. I am never bored, I can change it up as often as I want. Long after the workout I am still feeling great, taking deep breaths, and saying "whew, that was great"!!! Thank you!

    Well this one took it to the next level..... worked hard with this one having only been doing your other 20 min HIIT vid for a couple of weeks.....but this way way more intense which I just loved.     I can’t tell you how excited I was to be able to do a HIIT workout again! I’ve been through knee replacement surgery, then lower back surgery, a foot surgery and all back to back! It’s kept me from exercising for the last 10 years and it’s been so depressing! 😢 I had to start back so slowly I thought I’d never do more than chair exercises until I found Yes2Next! I’ve grown from chair exercises with “mom” to HIIT workouts with you both! 🎉 Thank you SO MUCH for making workouts for seniors and making them REAL workouts! Love you both! 😘

    I have to say that I absolutely love your videos. I love seeing your mom working out with you and the way you lovingly interact with each other. I lost my mother in 2020. We use to have tons of fun too. What a blessing you have and to share in this beautiful experience of taking better care of yourself is priceless.     I had watched this video many times before finally trying the workout this morning. It really got my heart rate up and made me "dewy." I liked the way each set started out slowly and then got more intense as the rounds became longer. I also like the way you mixed up the different moves so that there were only two different exercises in each set. It was a fun and interesting change. I've been unable to work out as regularly as I'd like to for the past few weeks, and it felt really good to get back into the swing of things today. I am determined to go back to working out 6 days a week, both to improve and maintain my general health and to lose the extra pounds I have put on over the past few months. (I'm focusing on my eating habits for the weight loss too, as I managed to gain weight even when I was working out almost daily.😜)

    I like all of your videos but this one hits the spot specifically. The series of 2 HIIT exercises is perfect for me. I don't know about anyone else but I find the 4 HIIT exercises tiring and somewhat boring. Great workout April and Aiko!

    Wow! I made it through! I am on my 3rd day for senior stretching and saw this video.     I have a spinal stenosis with sciatic pain on one side. I've been able to do 4 days on your workouts. Really like the TUT. Working toward 5 days of exercise. My joints were creeky and noisy when I started. Today I didn't notice any joint noise and much of the stiffness and pain was much improved by the end of the workout. I really appreciate the sitting workouts and adding weights is great. Thank you

    This was a FUN configuration! I really liked just doing 2 exercises each round - kept it interesting! Would be fun to do sets of 3 exercises to make it a bit longer - but I got my heart rate and dewy-ness on big time in 25 minutes! And, as always, THANK YOU ❤❤

    Great workout and I so love these seated exercises. Your Mom is so awesome doing those "Happy Feet" and this was one of your best; I think and I will be able to do this routine as much as I want.     Good morning , I just finished doing this 25 min .HIIT with you today June 21 ! It's great :) it's a delight to see you and your mom doing all these healthy moves specially for us seniors . I'm 71 , I've been to senior's gym regularly for two years before lockdown and haven't been back until now.But I do continue exercising at home .May I ask you : can this 25 min HIIT good to do daily?

    Just did this after being down almost a year after a herniation of a lower disc. Recently I have tried to get back to my other workouts that have left me in the dust. These workouts are perfect and I love working out with you ladies and Mochi - makes me feel I can get stronger and keep going (and a good laugh or two with you helps too ; )

    I just finished this and it certainly raised my heart rate. It's interesting, but my mobility/flexibility is intact. Strength is middling, and endurance is (but has always been) my Achilles' heel.
    I had been a figure skater as a child and teenager and even then, I would not feel well with constant aerobic exertion. I have never been able to run. I have been a fencer as an adult and it suits me well as it is short bursts and stops.
    It's always a joy to work with both of you. 🌸 Thank you.

    First of this workout for me. I had some trouble getting my arms and legs to coordinate with a few of the exercises, but I think that will improve with practice. Amazing that I can get my heart pumping without going to the gym. Yea!

    Im relatively young, but after an injury and a respiratory illness that knocked me out for almost a year, trying to start exercising again wasn't working, I couldn't get the stamina and my muscles were not lasting long, this helped me get active and slowly build progress to where I progress to my previous health.

    After yesterday 1hr long mixed videos where I made it to 6000 steps, I thought for sure I will be doing sitting workouts today, but then this came up and April I did it standing.
