@@eneeshmalhotra1933 Yeah I lost 5 to 6 kgs in past 5 months but I not only do this.I also go for 3 to 2 km running and 5000 to 6000 steps walking.Yeah ofcourse I skip all of these some days.I don't follow any diet.Just I avoid taking sugar,sweets and junk food.
Today was my 1st day of this work out. And for sure i am continuing it. I loved it.. You rock ❤️

Mam Pls help me to became thin . I doing the workout from 1 month . I am 14 years child . So please . All will tease me that your fat fat
Perfect workout. I finished just now and recorded the details on the fitness app. Warm up 4 mins, Fat burning 6 mins and aerobic 5 mins..resulting in 152KCal burn( I guess, if I follow your steps/intensity as it is, it will certainly cross 200KCal). Heart rate reached 149 during workout. To top it all, the enthue of doing it..and not waiting for the video to reach its end. BTW, I follow your other workout videos too. And it does show results. Thanks a bunch Deepti, for making workout a fun.💓
