@@smobile827 no..currently I'm doing another 30 mins beginners workout and 15 mins high intensity workout by ma'am and a 30 mins walking. I have PCOD issues. So I'm on a no sugar no dairy only veg diet..i lost a few kgs..I have just started to do this particular workout. Still a long way to go...🤷🏼♀️😊

OMG!! It was real dangal with lower body. I did today it was awesome... Believe it... This workout will surely give best result. This is my 4th day I am doing different workout from your channel. Today is the 3 rd . Day 7💪💪🔥terrific workout..loved each and every move spclly shuffle with double toe touch and squat (20 count) balancing on toe legs started to tremble at a point but completed 😂...indeed very innovative moves👏👏👏🙏🏻

OMG!! It was real dangal with lower body. I did today it was awesome... Believe it... This workout will surely give best result. This is my 4th day I am doing different workout from your channel. Today is the 3 rd . And everytime I did this exercise I hurt a lot of calories like seriously after 2 days .. today the 3rd day I'm able to do 35 min video fully thank you sooo much for this video this keeps me pushing to do this exercise 🙏🙏 I'm currently weighing 71 kg according to my height i.e 5'4" I'm overweight I wolly do this a month n see the changes
