410 rwhp and it’s still making more torque than horsepower, i bet that sucker is a blast on the streets!
Old video just came up in the Algo as I have been researching AFR heads. Really nice build. Hope it is still running reliably.
Ran great but doing a 408W with Vortech right now. Sold that motor. AFR205 heads on the new build.
🔥🔥🔥 love it!!
Performance Dyno is the only place to get a foxbody tuned!
nah not really
Interesting. My setup is really close except im using 56cc 205 11r heads.
Ported Systemax 2 and cam from Ed. Hoping for at least 400rwhp+ as well.
Did you ever had an issue when you had a 347 stroker running with the 165 AFR heads?
My AFR165 heads had ported and bigger valves installed. Essentially 185 heads once they got work done to them.
@@MrStangdawg did you also upgraded the Springs?
@@oscarvillarreal8951 yes went with PAC springs as that build had a cam with 0.619 lift
@@MrStangdawg thanks for the info 👍
pump 93? nice setup!
Thanks, doing a 351W swap and bunch of videos done just need to edit and post them.
Amazing build @MrStangdawg ! What are the specs on that custom cam? Do you think you would have gotten similar results with stock 185's?
I think AFR185 might get close OOB but you’d need to shave them to bump the compression up and of course the cam allows my ported intake and heads to work together.
My PAC springs were also upgraded above most OOB set ups to handle the seat pressures.
Definitely not a pull out of box and slap them on to get max benefit.
@@MrStangdawg what were the cam specs?
@@vrm86gt I sold the motor and gave new owner the cam card. It was custom cam from Dan Rawls and had 0.619 lift I don't remember the duration and LSA
@@MrStangdawg thanks for getting back
So is this dyno with ported heads or out of the box
These are definitely not out of the box. Bigger intake valves, ported, Bowl work, PAC springs, and 7/16 studs.
would you sell this car?
Not really for sale I’m working on the next motor but money talks :)
Would consider trade for a Gran National (GN not Buick Regsl) as that’s the only other car I’m interested as a hobby car
@@dk2190 sounds good whats it gonna take?
Throw out a number, worst I can say is no.
Car has been upgraded front to back.
@@dk2190 if its got mint paint, sub 50 k original miles and fully built ill pay up to 20k
Has 84k. Paint is 8.5/10 got a couple small paint chips. Solid paint but not flawless.
Planning to get them touched up Once I do the next motor done.
