Why can't all youtube tutorial vids be this simple.. No talk or bullshit, just straight-up "This is what we're going to do, and now we're going to do it."
"So welcome back guys I wanted to address the fact that we have muscles because from evolutionary standpoint about 2 million years ago---" --> Video title: *How to massage your earlobes [FAST AND SIMPLE]*
Hello Daniel , Thank you for your great videos. Could you please introduce a workout for opening the curve of lower back (Lordosis ) . The people who used to be fat would have too of this, even though they become thinner. I'd appreciate it if you put/introduce a video to normalize this extra lower back curve.
Best low back stretch video EVER. Fast, efficient and didn't have to keep looking at my phone for instructions! Love how u did last 5 sec countdown!! This is my new go to for low back pain! Thanks so much
PLEASE READ : Please be very careful, as being inpatient and trying to reach certain spots, you can really make your back worse. I saw that i couldnt go as far as they did in the video, so i pushed a little harder thinking, im not feeling any pain, and im young so im fine. Up to 20 mins later my back has been one of the most ridiculous pains i have ever encountered . This hasnt gon away so PLEASE be careful.
Dude thank you so much! I've been doing this without even my lower back hurting yet it offers such a relief. You notice how much your lower back loves this haha.
Wow frankly! Pulled my back due to bad form on a deadlift (don't go to the gym tired, your concentration will slip). This has really eased a lot of the pain and stiffness, thank you.
Pulled my back whilst training and my lower back was in spasm. These stretches have made me feel a lot better and looser so that I can get back in the gym!
Kelli, Daniel, you are great guys. And people need to know something, it's that your back stretchign and workouts are completely legit. I suffer of double scoliosis, kyphosis and hyper-bend since I'm a kid - I've had physiotherapy, dance, I wore a corset... and I can claim that your exercises are what I did during therapy. Yesterday I visited my rheumatologist and shew him these exercises without telling him I found them on UA-cam too. He was amazed :) So thank you so much! I feel so good :)
Yep that did it! My back has been killing me all day and I couldnt find the right stretch to get the right spot then you suggested the cobra stretch and bam so much relief thank you
thank you. My lower back felt so bad for this couple of days, especially after I wake up in the morning. I always do streching, cardio warm up, walk for an hour, and then the lower back pain becomes worse. After I do this I feel so much better
I'm not sure if I've been lucky or what, but I've been hitting a good amount of videos that are straight and to the point effective, no nonsense. This is another one. Great video. My one question is if it's good/bad to have someone assist with some of these, specifically the one where your knees rotate off to one side and you keep your shoulders flat. If I have a helper, I can relax into it better and I think get a better stretch. But does it defeat the purpose of doing it yourself?
Well what can I say, I wad in doubts for the start of the football season but now I think ill be good and it seems to help my back alot, I'm doing 4 a day and after 3 days I can see a massive improvement. Thanks!
Thankyou for a great informative video, without the confusing bullshit that makes the instructor look smart but leaves you confused and feeling dumb for not knowing 👍
Thank you for this post. I got to do a bunch of exercises, but the were shown to me just once and next appointment is in like 3 months... Forgot the half by the time I got home. At least 4 of these are the ones I should be doing. As I said: thank you! :) Greetings from Belgrade, Serbia
Great video, but I would start with glutes stretches, because those muscle are the hinges between harmstring and low back, and permits stretch those muscles better. What do you think?
I did this routine for a couple months every day. My back was so stiff I could barely reach past my knees in the standing stretch. Eventually I got to where I could touch the floor. It’s crazy, just one session and I feel so much looser and better.
this was so hard for me! I have lordosis, sciatica and peripheral neuropathy... I'm hoping I feel nice and loose in the morning, I want to try it again
2nd one we do at Kettlercise class at the gym (I'm the only boy that goes but doesn't bother me as Kettlercise is great for posture and working all the muscles) but the teacher says to raise your shoulders up and to rock slightly. Feels good to me after anyway
i had a healthy lower back, but on my very lower left side i felt a pain...maybe due to the leg press machine...i did these streches, as well as, quad + hamstring + hip strecthes for 1 month...already feeling better
Some of these stretches are really easy for me and I feel very little stretching( I am doing it right), while others I just can’t do like touching my touches
Unbalanced routines of any kind (strength training, stretching, etc) are not beneficial; there is nothing wrong with including a stretch for complimentary muscle groups.
+Sean MacArthur If you do any position and you feel it hurt and you think that it shouldn't hurt like that or in that spot there is a chance you can't do it atm or doing it wrong.
facebiter look into piriformis syndrome if this is the stretch that helped you most. Another good one for the piriformis is the tennis ball release - Google for instructions.

+Jayden Larson thank you bro ....
+Jayden Larson I hope you feel better man
see a doctor m8 o.o
Never force yourself to any position; the function of a stretch is that it should make it happen by itself over time as your muscles loosen up
cool
OOoh we are just getting started! Thank you, glad your back is feeling better.
Will it increase my height and build body
Muhammad Ali Alvi it will prevent back pain, it can give you a beter posture but it will never build muscle
helped me a lot thanks. quick and easy before bed and waking up.
Dude thank you so much! I've been doing this without even my lower back hurting yet it offers such a relief. You notice how much your lower back loves this haha.

is this a good daily routine if you suffer from lower back spasms during tennis ?
Great video, but I would start with glutes stretches, because those muscle are the hinges between harmstring and low back, and permits stretch those muscles better. What do you think?

Straight to the Point. I like it.

Will the pain ever go away or no
Depends what causes it
aj souza if its chronic pain that doesnt go away ! Go to the doc get an xray or mri maybe you have some nerve compression or a buldging disk !
the cross legged stretch has done me good.
facebiter look into piriformis syndrome if this is the stretch that helped you most. Another good one for the piriformis is the tennis ball release - Google for instructions.
What does the first stretch do?
You answered your question already yourself
stretch legs and lower back
thx 4 this!
The first stretch hurts really weird. It's all tingly but painful. Is that normal?
Ha! I thought I had done all of the cool down! I guess not!
