    15 or so years of sciatica and no help from doctors, prescription drugs or chiropractors. This video basically cured me (as long as I keep doing it, which I do)! Thank you and well done!

      Cheers for the video content! Sorry for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you considered - Franaar Breathtaking Motion Formula (just google it)?     Amazing video, I could not believe after having done the first stretch almost all of my pain was gone! I did all the 8 and now I feel so much better. None of the painkillers worked but these exercises!!! Thank you so much for sharing!

    I just started suffering from sciatic nerve pain, it always seems to flare up everytime start doing really well with my workouts. These stretchs have helped so much. Thanx for all of the free exercises, it is appreciated

    I’m from Thailand. Would like to say THANK YOU for this video sincerely.
    I could get rid off my left lower back pain from doing this video for two months.
    I suffered from those pain form wrong technique abdomen workout and too much of running. Now It’s free. I can go back to half marathon. And I keep doing this video almost everyday. THANK YOU so much. Would like to share to everyone.. This is the best.

    These stretches really help. I do them when I first wake up and before I go to bed. If I have more pain one day (and the time) I'll do them in the afternoon, too. It has made a huge difference. Thank you

    I’ve had sciatica problems for 10 years, I’ve been doing this exercise video for about a year.. it is Amazing .. I only have to do it now when I have flare ups but it’s Instant relief!!!

    Started having very painful sciatica symptoms in a Friday afternoon, after my chiropractor was closed for the weekend. I could barely walk. Found this video and started doing it once every 1-2 hours. By the evening, I could walk much better. Today is Saturday and I can still walk. Continuing to do this video throughout the day. Thank you for this. You've saved me from disabling pain

    Really really helpful. You are not gonna be able to do this all at once if you are in pain, but little by little you will. Great exercises!

    I had a bout of that one time that was so bad that I could barely walk for about 1 month. It was completely terrifying. Get your doctor's approval first, but these stretches have really worked wonders for me.

    I get sciatic pain from the piriformis muscle once in a while, and this is my favourite stretching video to help relieve it! Super effective, and very helpful! When I do this combined with strength training of the glutes, I have no problems with my sciatic pain 👍

    I have constant back and sciatica problems on the left side of my body. After trying these exercises for the first time it actually helped, favorited to watch to continue to strengthen my back. ^_^

    I have been suffering from excrutiating sciatic pain for the 'best' part of a month now and this morning was the final straw. I was in so much pain I wanted to scream. After watching and trying the stretches in this video the pain was still prevalent but over the course of the day it completely disappeared. Twelve hours later and I have ZERO discomfort. I can't thank you enough for your advice. I will be sure to do these exercises once if not twice a day.

    I really liked this, it's a lot like what I was doing at PT only better and the numbing pain was gone for quite a while after I did this. I will keep doing it for a couple weeks and see if I get some permanent results.

    Around this time last year i couldn't learn because my back hurt a lot, i couldn't find a position to relax my back. This year i can learn i don't have back pains. My fix was doing exercises and your stretches . I hope i will be able to keep them away from me for a long time. Thank you a lot.

    My pain is down my left lower back and side. I can feel stretches 1,4,6 7 and 8 have help immediately, but I believe in doing the whole routine as they seem to work very well together. Thanks very much. I have searched for other programs, but your combination seems the best.

    I Was having strong pains in my back and left leg. Went to the doctor and they told me I have sciatica. They gave me pain relievers. Also told me to stretche.
    I tried all the stretches in this video. I'm glad they help relieve the pain. 😁😁😁

    So I stumbled upon this looking for lower back stretches and didn't even realize that the pain I really am suffering from is the sciatic nerve. That deep glute stretch, omg, I can't tell you how good that felt. It hurt at first, but wow, I'm going to keep up on this and see how it feels long term.

    i would really like to appreciate the person who have uploaded this video and the fitness blender site..its been the great workout techniques so far.. i have been facing enormous problems with my right leg because of sciatica and its been for long time.....after i found this video i actually started doing it and fortunately it worked out so far....i hope will continue doing so that my pain will not hit me back... i have been to doctor, physiotherapist spend lots of money but ultimately this seemed to be the best ....thanks again

    I've been working this routine twice a day for 3 weeks and I can't recommend it enough. I work on my feet for 8 hrs and do some lifting, and these stretches are saving my ass.

    Love. Obviously they shouldn't be done while in pain, as any exercise. I think they are great for maintenance and prevention. I always wake up stiff, BUT since doing these stretches daily I wake up feeling great.
