Rc drifting has become huge over the last couple of years. Would really love to see kyosho and other brands release a rwd drift chassis to compete with mst, yokomo and sakura.
It's so great to see the return of RC drift both in products and popularity! A proper RWD drift car from Kyosho would be mint 👌

Couldn't you just take out the center driveshaft, and front dogbones to make it 2WD?
@@POPNDOUGH doesnt work well, you need to lock the rear diff and also increase the steering angle and buy a gyro, you would also need to make custom suspension mounts if you want a proper setup

Are the chassis and gear the same on both models apart of the option to extend wheel base. I have an option to get the Camaro model cheap but wanted a drift car. Could I just pop some drift tires on and the 5mm hubs to make it the same setup as the drift model.
Absolutely! You don't even have to use the wide hubs :-)
I think the GTR drift car has a KRG-331 receiver which has an inbuilt gyro.
Could you have a look at the receiver and let me know. Thank for the nice video
No gyro in this one; at least not in the versions we have. They just have the KR-331.
