How I wish we had this kind of info available when I was younger! Pre-internet days where it was much more effort to figure this stuff out. I hope someone finds these spaces who can bring them back to life and fully enjoy them.
Yes even now the real estates photos and things are sometimes terrible and it makes it hard to see potential. We love these old charming places and can see a lot of potential for those who have creative eyes :)

Hi guys...was watching a video from way back and thought for a fleeting moment...is that Oria??!!! ...no it probably isn't...but now obviously I do know it was 😂 we live just outside Oria and now I'm thinking back that you were dog walking somewhere that looked very nice...and was wonder if you would like to share that location...red wall??... can't really remember...as at the time I thought you guys were somewhere totally different...anyway sadly we are leaving tomorrow morning after being here since March...but will be back August September again (live in Ireland) your own place looks very charming/ Annette
Oh yes that red wall place is where we take our pups it’s a good safe enclosed area, and lots of trees up the back bit for summer shade it’s by the gym if you know where that is? Left of the cripta San mauro. Did you buy a place here? Let us know when your back :)
Thanks for another intriguing video! For the second property, you showed a quick capture and mentioned a garden a couple of times. Is the garden part of the property, or does it belong to a neighbor? Can't wait to see the next two properties!
Glad you enjoyed it! The garden is the neighbor below unfortunately. Increasing difficult to find properties in the villages with gardens these days.

Not sure which property you mean and Iv never seen that movie. Some people don’t have creative eyes to see potential but we do :)

What ? 😂 It’s a municipal park with over grown grass. There are literally zero corn fields in Puglia, and this would only look like corn to an Ai bot but thank you for your comment and pushing our video forward in the algorithm!
