This is the perfect house for someone like me. Small footprint with just enough lounge, kitchen, bedrooms, and the amount of land. I could see a pool or a garden in the open area behind. Wow!! also, I think this is your best video so far! Great work.
Thank you for your comment! I did film most of my videos in June (and others that are coming up are still from June) but after those I've tried to improve the filming and I'm happy it's noticeable in this video. Pool definitely is always a nice addition :D

What a lovely home and the owner was delightful! I so enjoy seeing a house that has been truly loved. The design is open and airy! The property has been so well maintained. The furnishings are timeless in a contemporary style. It looks so comfortable. I don't think the price is too high for an American that wants to move to Italy full-time. I waffle back and forth between that and a holiday home. My parents are elderly and very much a part of my life. Time will tell. I can dream about a home like this. I hope the family finds the right person or family for this home.

Hello Rino - this was a lovely property - you can live a very good life here. It was nice that you didn't have to show us a house needing a lot of work - for a change! The only slight issue was the small second bedroom - but the downstairs accommodation is very useful. The owner is a charming lady and it was clear she will miss this house 🏠

I spend less than $400 on food. That's less in euros.
Definitely, I spent around 500€ with two adults and 2 children (2 years old and 2 months old)
