- Trying out Huel Hot & Savory to see if it lives up to the hype. With 25 grams of protein and a 5 minute prep time, there's a lot to live up to. Stay tuned for my honest review.

Following the directions would help you a lot, says stir when putting in water. And I do my water based on how thick I want it. Also using the free pot they give you in first purchase cooks it way better. You’re not looking at everything provided. Instead of 30 supplements and food you buy one and it’s in one product. Horrible review to be honest. You just didn’t like the taste which is completely subjective. I think they are delicious especially considering the fact it’s a super healthy food. If I got normal Cajun pasta it’s not gonna have all the nutrients. You’re wild.
A little too much on the water, and hot sauce fixes everything!
Bruh, why didnt you use the black bowl they gave you? You used regular bowls so they didnt cook properly. You want to put the powder into the bowl, then have the water boiled separately. Once the water is boiling hot, pour it into the cup, and the cover it with the included lid and let rest for 5 mins but preferrably like 6-7 mins. It'll come out a lot better and the pasta will be more thoroughly cooked.
Food reviewer chewing with his mouth open... SMH.
Why do I hear crunching noises when you’re eating mac and cheese?? Sounds like you’re eating uncooked pasta!
Sounds proper 😂
Bro making Mukbangs now
Next time mix the bowl after pouring the hot water.
How do you manage to screw up cooking microwavable food
You’re definitely the guy that asks chicks to buy you a drink
Keep in mind, the moisture is being allowed to escape with the plate: that’s why they send you their own cup and an airtight lid.
I've ordered Huel hot and savory 3 times now (9 bags total), and I'm pretty satisfied with it - my favorite is the tomato and herb. In my experience, using the provided plastic cup cooks the food much more thoroughly than ceramic plates. Also, the suggested amount of water is subjective, like eating a 2000 calorie diet - it's different for everyone. I don't fill up to the line, actually about 2.5 cm below it for better consistency on the food. Secondly, the boiling hot water thing isn't good enough for me, so I use a microwave. The problem with pouring water and letting it sit is the water loses heat over time, whereas using a microwave keeps the heat up until it's finished.
I used some Huel meals in the past and am about to reorder now after a while because they offer a few new ones. The prior ones I tested were Madras and Mac n' Cheese.
You have to stir it straight away! And use the provided mug! Follow the blooming instructions! 🙈
I have been using Huel for a month now and I hear you on the taste. Definitely make sure you mix up the bags before you scoop because you’ll see the separation of the seasonings. It should help just a little bit. And the black cups that came with, I recommend using that and you’ll see a line in their for how much water to add.
The nutty flavor especially with the Mac n cheese is because it’s vegan and nut flavoring is common in vegan products to produce a more creamy flavor texture
