    INGREDIENTS:
    200g shiitake mushroom
    1 big onion
    4 clove garlic (minced)
    2 tbsp. parsley ( chopped)
    2 tbsp. butter (melted)
    1 tbsp. oyster sauce
    1/4 tsl. salt
    1 /2 cup water
    4 tbsp. olive oil

      All I can see is all that oil and butter 😩 I’d be sick if I ate all that but I’m gonna try this recipe with less oil n some cream because the ingredients look perfect 👌🏽

      @@lizannasdiary5385 The leaves contain toxic alkaloids, including tomatine and solanine. But they're not toxic enough to poison you unless you consume them in very large quantities.

    Thank you for sharing. Do you think using water to cook purple onion then garlic can be a substitute for the oil. Trying to reduce fats in cooking. I added baked tofu after dish completed allowing sauce to coat all over. The butter I think added flavor.

      Hi there, yes you can use water instead of oil but I guess no that fragrant but still taste the same.

      You choose the good quality mushroom,soaked it overnight before you cook.
