  • Here is a yoga routine for dressage riders to help improve overall symmetry and balance. We train our horses to work on balance and symmetry, so it's important we do the same for ourselves.
    We flow through a series to movements to help lengthen and open our spine while at the same time improving energy and focus.
    This routine is a wee taste of our 12 Week Online Dressage Rider Training Program, which includes core, yoga and rider strength workouts to help you take your riding to a new level.

    I love your style of yoga. While my horse is recuperating from a hock injury, I try do do your workouts every other day so I can stay mentally and physically tuned for when we return to Dressage. I plan on continuing as we come back. Thank you so much. Lovely workouts.

    Really good stretches. I know that if I am tight on one side it affects my horse is gait..
