I shared this video with students in a Yr 4 class, we were studying the digestive system and were talking about eating healthy. Some of the students went home and shared this clipping with their mothers who were impressed and watched some of your other videos and one mother tried a couple of your recipes and loved it. Thanks

Watching your videos has restored some of my spark to try eating raw again. I just wanted to say as well that I love how you aren't trying to force your lifestyle onto the world, you are just sharing with them an option. A way that makes YOU feel happy and healthy and beautiful inside and out that can maybe help other people feel the same. It's refreshing, and I'm so happy I found this channel!

I love your videos Kristina! You're such an inspiration to me! I became vegetarian 2 years ago because I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and would constantly feel nauseous after eating. When I stopped eating meat I didn't get nauseous as often (my IBS symptoms) and just recently I started going vegan and feel AMAZING! I've been making banana smoothies every morning and my body and digestion are sooo much better!! I love watching your vids to ease myself into a healthier, raw vegan diet. It isn't easy, but you give great ideas and advice to make it easier!!

Concert Travels with Happyheartslee it’s good to be curious, but I hope u will also become curious as to why and how neither the doctors or the hospital were ready willing and able to help her, but a dude in the grocery store who spent about two hours with her, did finally help her? Also consider how much money the doctors and professionals make at the hospitals and what value are they bringing to people? Very poor value. I have been dealing with insurance based doctors my whole life between myself, my kids and my parents... while there are some good diagnostic and acute treatments that they offer... they are snake oil salesmen when it comes to many maladies. Be careful about your indoctrination into medicine. You may think u r helping, but u might be making things worse. Good luck. 🍀

How can you say that beans rice and olive oil are Fatty? The healthiest thing you can eat. The top foods of the mediterranean diet which is so well known for being the best for our organism. Also being hyperglycamic and eating all this natural sugars contained in fruits and veggies, is quite strange. Protein should be the answer to hyperglycamia but anws it looks like it works for you

I'm happy you feel better Kristina and I wish u the best, but a raw diet is not for everyone! I am Holistic Nutritionist and i would not prescribe this diet to MOST of the general population. Raw foodism can be dangerous, especially for people who are Fast Oxidizers, or blood type O (needs animal protein, A (shouldn't eat too much fruit), or B(needs animal protein). Raw food is too expansive, cooling and has a break-down effect on the body. We need a balance! Raw is not a balanced diet. It's great for a detox or healing protocol but not as a permanent diet (for most people). If you have any questions or comments, email me on facebook at Eva Yoga

I not sure what you mean eva, I would like to understand you better. I am A positive blood, I eat meat, and I enjoy eating eastern european food, stews, steaks, chips, everything and anything, I have put wieght on I don't exercise, and i know that is part of my problem, if you dpn't think eating a raw vegan diet is the way, do you believe that we have to eat according to our blood type ?

it's not as simple as just eating for our "blood type"..every person is different and needs a unique diet. Your genes and where you live also have a huge role to play. Having said that, if you are Polish (I'm assuming by your name) then you definitely SHOULD eat meat as you are from a cold climate. I am also Polish so the same goes for me. Blood type Os do not do well as vegetarians and should consume a lot of animal protein. THat however does NOT mean that you should eat as much meat as you want. You need to be careful of your portion sizes (3-4oz of meat twice a day is sufficient for a man, especially if not exercising). And meat should always be eaten in conjunction with a lot of veggies. And don't forget to have a little fruit (1-2 daily) as well as a handful of raw nuts and raw cold-pressed oils (flax or hemp oil as well as fish oil are best). If you have any more questions just email me at EvaHolisticTherapies@gmail.com

If I were you I would limit grains and legumes to a minimum, increase veggies to a maximum and definitely eat meat and fish. Also, during the winter it's important to eat more cooked foods; you can still have some raw with every meal but keep it around 30% -50% of the total meal.

I'm on Adderal and I have hard time eating at all, and while I say here watching this video, you have after 2 years of my viewing, inspired me to finally break free from my shell and tell my parents that I want to be fully raw. I want to feel good and be athletic and feel pretty and perfect. And I don't know if you'll see this but you just changed my entire life and I want you to know that you saved my life. Thank you so much, you're such a beautiful, perfect person. Thank you, Hannah

Sorry but this is absolutely terrible advice. Speaking as a type 1 diabetic, if I ate only fruit and veg I would faint. Simple. You do realise that fruit and veg is high in fibre which means most of it is going to go right through you as it can't be digested? If other diabetics are watching this please don't take this advice unless you want to end up at A&E.

you can get what vitamin and nutrition that body needs only from veg, you don't have to eat beef or bean or rice and ..., but if you used to it and you have to have some beef or meat like me and that's because of the smell and taste of cooking meat is great then that's different story and non related to survival.

I love this video. .. I am Ecuadorian myself and even though I haven't really made the decision of becoming vegan, I am incorporating way more raw vegetables and fruit in my diet. When you mentioned you are half Ecuadorian I felt really good because many times changing your diet feels like rejecting your culture and as I see you feeling great it makes realize that many times we continue on patterns that are not the best for ourselves masked with patriotism in a way.

This is amazing and soo inspirational! I had the worst year of health this year and about 3 weeks ago I started changing my diet and eating more raw and WOW the effects are instant!! Mother nature can really heal you like no doctor can or ever will. I wish everyone good health. Thank you for this video!! :)

Your body will adapt and it will crave what you put into it. I'm living proof of that. I never picked up a vegetable unless it was a french fry and I HATED healthy food. I was the cheeseburger queen. I am now vegan and do 2 raw meals and one cooked and I'm loving it. My craving for all the bad stuff went away and I now crave the fruits and veggies that I eat.

This video seemed really honest and was very well done. I have wanted to go raw food vegan for 1 year now. I've made attempts and get sidetracked. I'm going to try again at the end of this month. I wish you continued good health and prosperity. God bless.

It should be noted that while cooking does blanch out certain vitamins, other vitamins are higher when cooked. Lycopene, for example, is higher in cooked tomatoes than in raw ones. You can still eat raw, but it wouldn't hurt to try cooking fruits and vegetables occasionally.

Also love the information regarding sugar and how your body stabilized, your energy increased and you started a co-op! Go you :) When I commented on another video, I had no clue that you started the co-op.

What a great video. She is very well spoken, so confident and believable. I'm definitely going to try this (not the all peaches thingy) raw food diet for a while and note the difference in my health. I'm a senior citizen so many of my friends would benefit from this knowledge and life style also.
