I love your videos Kristina! You're such an inspiration to me! I became vegetarian 2 years ago because I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and would constantly feel nauseous after eating. When I stopped eating meat I didn't get nauseous as often (my IBS symptoms) and just recently I started going vegan and feel AMAZING! I've been making banana smoothies every morning and my body and digestion are sooo much better!! I love watching your vids to ease myself into a healthier, raw vegan diet. It isn't easy, but you give great ideas and advice to make it easier!!

I shared this video with students in a Yr 4 class, we were studying the digestive system and were talking about eating healthy. Some of the students went home and shared this clipping with their mothers who were impressed and watched some of your other videos and one mother tried a couple of your recipes and loved it. Thanks

Sorry but this is absolutely terrible advice. Speaking as a type 1 diabetic, if I ate only fruit and veg I would faint. Simple. You do realise that fruit and veg is high in fibre which means most of it is going to go right through you as it can't be digested? If other diabetics are watching this please don't take this advice unless you want to end up at A&E.

God is all around us & enacts his attributes through people. Only when we pay attention we can feel His presence always. Great you are the right choice! In every food there are nutrients to keep our bodies healthy. It's so sad to see people staff themselves with all the toxic foods. You look fabulous!

I'm happy you feel better Kristina and I wish u the best, but a raw diet is not for everyone! I am Holistic Nutritionist and i would not prescribe this diet to MOST of the general population. Raw foodism can be dangerous, especially for people who are Fast Oxidizers, or blood type O (needs animal protein, A (shouldn't eat too much fruit), or B(needs animal protein). Raw food is too expansive, cooling and has a break-down effect on the body. We need a balance! Raw is not a balanced diet. It's great for a detox or healing protocol but not as a permanent diet (for most people). If you have any questions or comments, email me on facebook at Eva Yoga

I not sure what you mean eva, I would like to understand you better. I am A positive blood, I eat meat, and I enjoy eating eastern european food, stews, steaks, chips, everything and anything, I have put wieght on I don't exercise, and i know that is part of my problem, if you dpn't think eating a raw vegan diet is the way, do you believe that we have to eat according to our blood type ?

it's not as simple as just eating for our "blood type"..every person is different and needs a unique diet. Your genes and where you live also have a huge role to play. Having said that, if you are Polish (I'm assuming by your name) then you definitely SHOULD eat meat as you are from a cold climate. I am also Polish so the same goes for me. Blood type Os do not do well as vegetarians and should consume a lot of animal protein. THat however does NOT mean that you should eat as much meat as you want. You need to be careful of your portion sizes (3-4oz of meat twice a day is sufficient for a man, especially if not exercising). And meat should always be eaten in conjunction with a lot of veggies. And don't forget to have a little fruit (1-2 daily) as well as a handful of raw nuts and raw cold-pressed oils (flax or hemp oil as well as fish oil are best). If you have any more questions just email me at EvaHolisticTherapies@gmail.com

Also, during the winter it's important to eat more cooked foods; you can still have some raw with every meal but keep it around 30% -50% of the total meal.

A really inexpensive way to make juice from a blender is to blend your smoothie recipe, and then strain it through a nutmilk bag or cheese cloth into a bowl. Keep squeezing until the pulp is dry, then simply pour it into a glass. Then you can make some veggie chips with the leftover pulp when you get your dehydrator ; ).

How can you say that beans rice and olive oil are Fatty? The healthiest thing you can eat. The top foods of the mediterranean diet which is so well known for being the best for our organism. Also being hyperglycamic and eating all this natural sugars contained in fruits and veggies, is quite strange. Protein should be the answer to hyperglycamia but anws it looks like it works for you

Concert Travels with Happyheartslee it’s good to be curious, but I hope u will also become curious as to why and how neither the doctors or the hospital were ready willing and able to help her, but a dude in the grocery store who spent about two hours with her, did finally help her? Also consider how much money the doctors and professionals make at the hospitals and what value are they bringing to people? Very poor value. I have been dealing with insurance based doctors my whole life between myself, my kids and my parents... while there are some good diagnostic and acute treatments that they offer... they are snake oil salesmen when it comes to many maladies. Be careful about your indoctrination into medicine. You may think u r helping, but u might be making things worse. Good luck. 🍀

Well, I've come to learn (as I was doubled over in pain with stomach cramps and other things) that that was not the best idea (LOL). Live and learn. So, my question is where can I learn more about "proper" juicing procedures, so I build up slowly and don't wipe myself out? Thanks :)

So you were eating a high fat and protein diet, which is why you were too thin, and you gained 15 lbs on a low fat, all raw diet? Most people go on an all raw diet to lose weight. With as thin as you are now, you must have been scary thin before. Most teenagers who eat beans, rice, chicken with olive oil don't go to the hospital once a week because of their diet. Hyperglycemia and dehydration are symptoms of bulimia. Did you have an eating disorder?

~8:00 min: Your statement is false regarding Texas Medical Records. Texas hospitals must keep medical records for at least 10 years after the date that you were last treated in the hospital. If you were a minor when you were hospitalized, the
hospital must keep your record until you are 20 years old or at least 10 years after you were last treated, whichever is longer. In practice, many doctors and hospitals keep their medical records longer.

there is a much easier way to do this, just follow Dr. Mcdougal's "starch" diet. I tried raw for a while but as i learned more about it i decided it was not something i wanted to do partly because i was having digestive issues with it. A cooked food, primarily starch diet is also a very good diet. Im not saying raw is better or worse, but just that a cooked food starch diet is a good diet and a vast improvement over the SAD diet.

BMI calculator incorporating frame size (I said she was small framed) says she is severely underweight - her ideal weight would be 138 to 151 pounds. I love this girl's attitude on life, and she aspired me to eat more fruits and veggies. But this worries me, and I'll never convert to vegan or fully raw vegan because of this (and many other reasons).

I think that you can do Math and 87+15=102 she said " about 15lbs lighter" that's why I said 100 lb not 102 to be exact.

Hello Christina! For a while, I was vegetarian. After coming across your page it made me think I need to go back to the healthy life style.
Let me tell you my story. I have a tumor called NF for short. I was approached by two people asking me about going raw. I tried it for a while and noticed the tumor started to shrink. I am back on my raw life style. This spring, I would like to visit your city and your garden.

Watching your videos has restored some of my spark to try eating raw again. I just wanted to say as well that I love how you aren't trying to force your lifestyle onto the world, you are just sharing with them an option. A way that makes YOU feel happy and healthy and beautiful inside and out that can maybe help other people feel the same. It's refreshing, and I'm so happy I found this channel!

When you eat healthy your body is able to heal and balance itself. If you're underweight or overweight you will end up evening out at a healthy weight because your body is getting what it needs.

Since fruits and vegetables are healthy, they let you gain weight naturally, to give you a normal, beautiful weight.
If you eat lots of meat and processed foods (like candy) You gain disgusting weight (overweight, obese)
