    Looked like a good fit. I have done a couple in the past and dry fit than remove and place caulk around edge than place back in and than caulk over like you did. Not sure if it was a waste of time but it made me feel better 😁. M&F Inlaws place, I should go check next rain to see how well they held up over the years.
    Cheers

    What are the advantages of these over just folding the tabs on a gutter i know that's how we done it when i installed steel buildings looking to add a few downspouts to my home thanks

    I'm sure if you are still using these by now you have figured it out, but it helps to cut about 1/8" off either side of the outlet iself for it to properly fit in the bottom of a 5" gutter. (or atleast its like that with my ntm machine) otherwise the outlet is almost a tny bit too wide.

      The contractor wanted me to use them on this job but normally I do X out hole punch. But when I do put in drop in outlets I cut it where it's tight just so it's more snug. Thanks for the feed back!

    3x4 oval outlet and a 3in hole saw does an amazing job. Makes cutting those out really quick. I also have a malco gutter punch.

      Definitely. I usually use my malco hole punch with the X out attachment on it. But the contractor wanted me to start using Outlets so eventually I'll get the attachment for the malco to just punch the holes. Thanks for the input!

    Are you using .027 gutter material?

      @onegutterguy560  2 роки тому

      No only .032 I don't even sell .027 up here in the upper midwest.

    Are you running into material shortages

      No, every once in awhile ABC Suppy will be out of a random accessory. But then I just go over to the other supplier in town and pick up what I need. Price of materials definitely went way up thou
