Getting a stay at home job and worried that I'll Ballon out. I lost weight in high school doing yoga but let myself go during college. Now that I have graduated and got a new job I'm gonna work on my weight and strengthening my body.
Oh, my goodness: "Deceptively simple" is right! I fared well with the abdominal work, but the lunge exercise... With severe arthritis in both hips, my ability to rise in that position is very limited; however, I can tell that if I keep at it, I can build that power. So, my goal is 3 reps (which would be up from the almost-1 of today's attempt:-)). Thank you!
Hard to do, but feels effective. Will keep trying...
This I can do every day. My core will be happy.
