I'm really enjoying this morning flow - I've done it 2 mornings in a row now. I am not completely sure I want to do the 21 mornings of yoga, but this is making me think seriously about it. Thank you!
This was so amazing! I usually have trouble with forward bends as my ligaments on the inside of my knees feel tight and painful. I foam rolled my whole legs (including inner thighs - which helped the most) and it made such a difference to my practice. I feel like a new person!
Greetings, I am loving having adopted this particular 20 for early in my day. Question, "make the groin hollow" -- can you describe this a little? I am an older lady, have done various yoga classes over the years (still not too flexible though!). I think I'm doing most postures okay, just uncertain about this phrase.
