    You can do it once or twice a day, both is fine. 3/4 times a week is perfect, everyday is possible too, some people practice only once a week. Your body will tell you when you overdo it!

      +Ekhart Yoga Finding a good diet program may be difficult at the start... I prefer dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/yp31200bcledqpr/3weeksdiet2.html since its pretty helpful and detailed. Start out with small goals and in the end you will notice a big difference... All the best

      +Ekhart Yoga I really love this Weight Loss Green Store Tea product! In the past 3 weeks that I've been taking it I have already lost 25lbs, my apetite is way under control, I have so much more energy, and I sweat a lot more whenever I work out. I would frequently binge eat, whenever I worked out I almost never sweated, and I work 12hr night shifts so I used to always fall asleep at work. Now, I have a lot of energy at work, I've lost weight, and I will continue to use it. This one I would absolutely recommend especially in order to kick-start some serious weight loss.

      Thanks for your very interesting article, here are a few more tips on how to get fit with yoga...
      Take a deep breath out: Often we equate yoga with some limb-twisting poses. And aren't you sometimes concerned that: "I can't even touch my toes, how can I do yoga?" Yoga is not about touching your toes, or stretching 98 degrees to your north-east. It’s a simple process of uniting with yourself - using your breath, body and the mind. And it’s easy and effortless.
      Take the Experts Help to Learn Yoga: If you have a medical condition, inform your yoga instructor prior to the commencement of the training. It will help the teacher customize your yoga posture practice.
      Simple wearing, high thinking: Wear comfortable clothing while going for the yoga class or when practicing yoga at home. Also, avoid wearing belts or excessive jewellery as it could get in the way of yoga practice.
      A lighter stomach aids to your yoga practice: It is a good idea to practice on an empty stomach or at least 2-3 hours after your last meal. Also it's advised to at least have three to four litres of water during the day as it will help you to flush out the toxins out of the body which are released during your yoga practice.
      Set the tone right before you start: Sukshma Vyayam or gentle warm-up exercises help loosen up the body and prepare it for the yoga postures coming ahead.

    I've been doing this for about 3 months, about 5/6 times a week, and the difference is amazing. Anyone who is overweight, flabby, and unmotivated, should try this.

    I have been doing the routine in this video about 4 -5 times / week for the past 4 months. I have lost 20 pounds during this time and gained a lot of strength. This practice has also really helped me to manage stress. Your smiling face is the first one I see when I get up and I deeply appreciate the positive energy that you share in this video. Namaste.

      There are a few ideas for doing yoga to lose weight
      Find a reputable program locally or online and stick to it
      Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to help you
      (I learned these and the reasons they work on Yaras yoga tactics website )

    Thank you so much! I've watched quite a few "yoga for beginners" videos on youtube and this is the first one that I felt I could do! Even though I couldn't do all the moves perfectly, I loved what you said about it being something to work towards! Thank you! I'll be doing this 4x a week!! Truly appreciate it!     I'm really loving your video, I have tried to practice yoga on and off over the years, but never really stuck at it for very long. I will be 50 this year and I have gained more weight, due to the menopause. I don't want to go to the gym anymore, as I know I won't keep it up, so your video is a great introduction for me to get back in to yoga and continue for the rest of my life. I have a touch of sciatica and slightly weak hip joints, but I didn't find your workout too difficult for me. The workout goes very quickly, and at first it doesn't feel very strenuous, but later on and the next day I really felt that my muscles had been given a good workout. I will definitely keep this up, thank you for sharing.

    i have a stiff lower back and have slipped a disc a couple of times over the years. i use this video as a quick warm up before i start the day. seems so simple, but i feel so much better. i get warmed up just enough from the pushups and squats and the downward dog strethces get deeper and easier as the warmup progresses. and sometimes there are heavenly moments during the child's pose where it feels like the pain and stiffness just jet go.

    Make sure you dont' lock your elbows, try to keep some softness in them. That might help?

    Injuries can be very frustrating indeed! Instead of doing downward dog, she could try dolphin pose. When doing the blank, she can come down on her forearms instead - forearm plank pose. I wish your sister the best of luck. :) Es

    Any time, as long as it isn't straight after a meal. Leave enough tome between food and yoga so your body isn't digesting anymore. The same with any physical practice.

    I am going to practice this sequence.
    I have a lot of arm issues (strength wise) so, this on top of losing weight will be great:)
    I like the way you describe the movements so that the watchers and practicers can get into the yoga as well as learn along with your teaching.

    Another terrific video...good tips on eating healthily in combination with drinking plenty of water and doing these positions on a regular basis. Consistency is key when trying to change you look and feel....always!

    I adore this set. I'm a beginner in yoga practice...I practiced your "Yoga for beginners" set for 2-3 times for a week and now I'm adding that set to my 'practice'. Of course I will try to mix them and searching other interesting sets hoping they won't be too hard for me :D I always wanted to do yoga, so I'm happy I've started... :) Sorry for my english :D

    Yes because if you be bare you will feel lighter on your feet and also you will be more active and moving around on the mat. and more flexible doing the moves as well but if you feel good about warring them i don't see why not if you still can do yoga with them on

    I use to work out every day and was in such good shape. Recently (the past 2 months) though I 've been traveling alot and not had any time to go to a gym, so I thought why not yoga. This was very helpful! I'm not to concerned about weight loss, but more strength and endurance. Do you have other videos for beginners good for that?

    Hello, i found your channel. I'm following one of your videos for my back. But today i was searching a proper weight loss yoga sequence for my mom. Stumbled onto this video. But don't know if she can Or should do this. See my mom had a car accident, fractured the neck and shaft of right femur, tibia fibula of left leg one year 7 days ago. Now she can walk, her right leg had shortened during the recovery. She's gaining weight, so i was thinking about introducing yoga to her. If you could advice which pose she should try at first or if there's any particular video you have in your channel, it would help a lot. I'll really be grateful to you. Thanks.

    I love tis video, it doesn't make me feel stupid for not being able to do the poses, thanks for mentioning the "easier' way for the beginners.
    I have sweaty palm and feet that make some things difficult. What do you recommend I do? Are there gloves? Are normal socks okay?
