I can't say it enough, I love your videos an places you visit. I enjoy the tid bits of history before the trail. Videos are second to none. I love you testimony of the Lord in song an music. Thanks for everything.👍🙏🎥🚲
So grateful for your videos. The ol' bucket list keeps growing. We camp at Hamilton Branch often. This trail system is just a hop, skip, and jump away. And, I agree! Riding on boardwalks is awesome. I think it's because we cyclists feel like we're getting away with something? Or maybe they're basically a bridge over territory we couldn't experience otherwise? I dunno. Thanks again!
Another good job friend. Each time I see one of these videos, I pull it up on Ride with GPS or komoot, and start looking how I can connect different trails together to make about 25 mile loop. When we visit different cities, we try to have a couple of loops around 20 miles each or more. You’re giving a lot of ideas. Thanks.
My wife and I moved to Grovetown from NJ six months ago and it’s starting to grow on us. I’m glad I came across this video as a fellow UA-camr and videographer. I like this content a lot. Maybe we’ll meet one day and hopefully post some content together. 👍🏾
It really was! It takes me several hours to shoot all the footage for these videos...lots of starts and stops, riding over the same bridge 5 times to film it in different ways...setting cameras up for the "pass by" shots...so it takes a while. And by the time I'm finished I'm usually ready for a decent meal. And that chicken was amazing.
@@scottbachmann1962 Speaking of boardwalks…when you rode the TN RiverWalk, did you ride the segment that goes out to the camp Jordan area? It is a newer section than the main section that runs by the river. It has an extensive system of boardwalks. Very nice…when they are dry. If you ride all of it, you can get close to that 50 mile mark for a single ride.
@@mountainsnmoore256 Do you mean the "South Chickamauga Creek Greenway" that connects to the TN Riverwalk? Man, I sort of discovered that section by accident...and LOVED it. I was like, "Why is this not better known?" The series of old train bridges and boardwalks that made it feel like you were riding high above the river/forest...it was pretty awesome. I look forward to going back to Chattanooga for a long weekend sometime and making some videos there.
@@scottbachmann1962 YES! I couldn’t remember the name, but my buddy always refers to Camp Jordan when he talks about riding out that way. I have only ridden it that one time and we didn’t go all the way to the end. One of us, can’t remember which one now, had an appointment we had to get back for. Ironically we were on the way back to the truck when we hit that slick boardwalk!! That was one reason that we were averaging 13 mph in that last mile before we hit that slick spot. We were in a hurry. 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️😂
Enjoyed this Scott, loved the opening song too!😊

I forgot to mention the one downside to boardwalks: they can be very slippery when wet. Don’t ask me how I know… 😬

Awesome idea. I’ll have to look up komoot and give that a try.

Cool! I did that video before I started using my 360 camera. Maybe I’ll pay a return visit one day and do an update.
Scott, that Chicken looked awesome too👍

You deserve a lot more subs, your content is really good.
Thanks. I'm gonna keep at it for at least a good year and see what happens. Still working a day job, so I have to balance all of this.
Boardwalks are great....as long as they are DRY!!! SIGH.
