Great video Anna. I'm 69 but feel 40. I've been overweight most of my life but over the last 2 years, I lost 120 lbs. and have kept it off for a year. I'm sure that has something to do with it but I feel better then I remember in a long time. So I'm really enjoying fashion. Just a reminder that It's never to late for whatever you do with your life. As I’ve gotten into my 40s I’ve realized how skirts and dresses flatter me so much more than most jeans. Everyone says I dress up too much but honestly I feel like a wrap dress like your green one is so much easier than finding a blouse and bottom! 🎉

I liked the pink dress on you! 😂❤ I'm 47. I love fashion. I've made changes to my style to fit my life. My 21 year old niece says she loves my style and confidence! What a compliment! I dont always feel awesome...but I try my best 😊
Love your very real videos❤. I am 60 and still feel 35 (feel as though that is when I really came in to my own). Loved ages 35-52 (😂 then a little more “changes” that weren’t so fun-but you adapt). My style has always been classic and every now and then I venture out🤗. When I was just out of high school. Went through my Diana years and wore whole outfits including hats (Diana inspired of course) to church. Love fashion and love your channel-keep it real❤😘 love from Texas. PS I still wear shorts just a little looser and a tiny bit longer😂.
I've never worn heavy makeup. I just don't have the time and patience. I stopped using foundation many years ago, and just use a dusting of powder now. It's embarassing to admit, but I have some fabulous, very expensive designer handbags that just decorate the inside of my accessories closet, and I carry/wear a dumpy nylon cross-body bag that literally cheapens every great work outfit I've put together. I'm going to make a consciouse effort to be better about using my quality handbags. I found that it actually makes me feel better to carry a good-looking, appropriate bag for the outfit.
Im turning 60 soon and looking forward to a more classic look. I feel put together , finally after years of being badly dressed. Lol Thankyou for showing me another way , 😊❤
I’m 52 and I cannot go more than a day without putting on full makeup. It’s been like that since I started working in my late teens. It’s also, partly, due to my culture. To clarify, my makeup routine has been a very natural look, but yes foundation and all. If I go longer than a day, it’s because I’m really sick or something like that
I am 37 and work in a corporate environment, so your classic, chic yet effortless looks resonate so much with me! One great thing about growing older is that i have alot more self awareness about what styles, shapes and colours suit me best, what effects they create - so i can use them to my advantage. Rather than just blindly following random trends (the low rise jeans and tube tops of my 2000s college days come to mind...which did absolutely nothing for my short, hourglass curvy figure 😂) Also, alot of people talk about what you CAN'T wear after 'x' age etc...but for me it's been more of what more can i pull off. For instance, i now look effortlessly put together in a pencil skirt and silk button down shirt with a pair of kitten heels. But back in my 20s it would look like i was trying too hard, playing dress up!
I completely resonate with this! And yes it’s funny how some things that just didn’t look right 20 years ago now look great 😀 and pretty much anything I wore in the early 2000s was so uncomfortable but it’s so fun to see the pics 🤣
Anna, great points. I am little bit older than you, and in the last 10 years, I changed my style, many times. The aging hits, when the body is still in 30’s , but face, not, it hits you …., well maybe not everyone. So in the last 3-4 years, I suddenly liked all styles. I still wore body hugging clothes ( it’s Chanel, so it’s not something too skimpy) cropped tops, but this year, It just hit me. Why? Am I trying too hard ? What do I have to proof. Also suddenly don’t want too cutesy, and I realized that for me, getting back to my European days, I grew up under communism, so we didn’t have all these trends, designers… mostly we used tailors, to make clothes, so it was a lot of individuality. Also I was very much into local artist jewelry. And this year I realized that style ( it’s not that I didn’t have style) , but more edgy, more unique, is what I want, and feel, that without trying too hard, be that youthful fashion girl. So Chanel ( not all, I still keeping my lbd ( and not just black) , but is replaced with quiet/ classic luxury with a twist -Old Celine archives Phoebe Philo style. I love it….I am much deeper in more unique accessories- more edgy sunglasses, vintage bracelet cuffs, etc. I just want to have fun with my fashion, added some Prada,.,, actually just got pale pink Prada dress, it’s not too cutesy , although has some appliqués, like bows, but also has some edgier writing. It’s shift dress… I really hate, that I reached that age/ understanding, that i have to question myself is this ok ? Is not too young 😳🤪😂😂😂 well it’s longer on me because it’s too big, so I will alter to be more A line and of course I will wear with flats or kitten heel, and silver color accessories( I never cared before, well since my late 20’s . I do love white gold,, but not like bags silver hardware ) but now I realized silver more edgy, more casual, and it’s more youthful 🤔. And Anna, I really liked on you pink dress, well the color is good ,if you wear more A line , I think it’s just style it’s babydoll and has ruffles. It’s too much I think. But I dont agree that everything has to be worn, with accentuating waist… It can be happy medium, that you can still see some shape, without cinching 😉 Have a blessed day🙏❤️
I'm over 50 now and wear classier looking clothes than I used to. Not always "classic" style, but classier. There are always a few trendy looks that work for us. This year it was wide leg pants and flowy midi length cotton skirts and dresses. Ruffled sleeves if they aren't huge. Also longer length wider leg shorts. Maxi sundresses. I love makeup but I want my makeup to look more natural. Matte pinks and tans. Love summertime!
I have done the whole, "what does she (future me) look like" practice, and it is incredibly motivating and helps me hone in on where I need to put more energy. I love doing it😢 ...and forgot about it! I'm doing it the moment I get like 20 mins to myself so I can go re-envision "her." So glad it helped you too. Great video as usual, Anna! ❤Tysm!
I am 55 as of last week! I am giving every aspect of my life more thought, especially style. I would love to wear workout clothes all day but after watching your videos I am making an effort to be more intentional with what I wear and what I buy. I always enjoy your videos and laughed at the comment, 'maybe in Vegas but when am I in Vegas!' So true!
I think the most important thing as you pointed out is having clothes that flatter you. That will be different depending on your look and shape. I love the self awareness and personal growth that happens as we age. I may need to get that silk green polka dot dress. Looks fabulous on you.
It’s interesting that we all seem to go through this process when we hit our forties. Figuring out that we really do deserve nice things and free time and we enjoy who we authentically are without the insecurities or pressures we had for decades. I just turned 50 and have been reflecting on this topic a lot the past few years. Thanks for talking about this Anna. ❤
Love your videos and classic, realistic style. I'm 65 and yes, loving yourself is key. I didn't learn that until a life crisis in my mid-50's so you are way ahead of the game and I'm so happy for you. Also how you chose to react and who to be around us what matters most. We don't have to be mean but we also don't have to surround ourselves with people who are in a constant state of drama. Just let them be and live your happy life. Keep up the great job!
Thanks for opening up and sharing your thoughts at the end of this video! I agree with getting older and visualizing where I want to be. It definitely has helped to find what is actually important! Keep up the great work.
At 75, your "Future Me" 1-5-10 yr exercise is a good prompt to continue to be proactive in life. Love watching your videos. Anna you are a great communicator, entertainer & motivator.
I just turned 30, but decided to click on this video for shoots and giggles. Pleased ro find that a lot of the things you mentioned I already do or have figured out for myself (like the color palette thing) anyways this video was super informative. Thanks for sharing!
Wow, you just gave me a future visualization plan!! Thank you. I just saw a Mind Valley commercial about this 80-year-old man who would mediate and visualize himself in another dimension as someone else, then later becomes that being. At 80 and older, he became a photographer and an artist and learned to play the piano. You just walked me into visualizing myself into another dimension and how to do it! Thank you so much! 🙏❤ I also love your openeness about yourself. I am actually going through what you figured out in the 40s. I am learning this, close to my 60s, and it is never too late to learn! ❤🙏
I'm 54, age is just a number I look young, feel young,I don't look like an "old lady" My style didn't change much I always liked classic, chic clothes, what advice I would give my younger me? ENJOY YOUR LIFE, don't overthink and overanalyze too much
I love you, Anna!! Thank you!! God has used you in my life to make me a better version of myself!! I pray for you! You’re my favorite!!The Lord God bless you!! ❤🥹🥰❤️
Your thoughts on 5 to 10 years from now were really insightful. I am almost 60 and hope to retire in 5 years or so and it is helpful to think about what I want my life to be then…how I want to be
Thanks Anna! This does resonate with me. At 66 i have reinvented myself several times. I have been working on a reset again as i have retired from the corporate rat race. I do still work part time, but it is at my pace now. I do still wear shorts ( Bermuda or knee length) and sleeveless. My style is boho and comfortable. This weekend i did two events, its hot, I gravitate to dresses as they are fit my comfortable vibe. Getting older is not for sissies. Health issues crop up that must be dealt with. I need to lose 20 lbs (health issues) but generally i am good. Physical and mental health is important, more important than my extra 20 lbs. Thank you for what you do! It helps when i am not having my best day.
Anna, your style advice is always right on! 👗 You are a sweet relatable gal that appeals to all ages of women. I just turned 65 and am loving my more minimal and classic wardrobe. Have a great summer.
This is my first comment ever on UA-cam. Thank you for this post and especially your personal story about the questions the UK therapist asked you. I am 61 and seeking a “style” /lifestyle that reflects who I am now that I am no longer a business leader working in an office 5 days a week. I plan to watch that pat of the video again so I can jot down the questions. I love how honest you are! Also, the tips about hot weather dressing are helpful in southern Illinois as well as Florida.
Thank you for commenting, Shelly! I think it’s very common to have to revamp your style when you have major life changes. I’m sure you’ll find a style that better reflects what you’re doing now and be so happy you did ❤️❤️❤️
I’m also your age and definitely agree with how my fashion has changed from my twenties to my forties. I can be casual on the weekend but work in an office during the week. I feel being put together makes me feel great ❤
Yes, I can relate. Turning 50 next month, in some aspects feel and look 10 years younger! I don’t wear makeup, however, I would like try, a very minimal makeup look in my new year. Great video! 😊
I wholeheartedly agree with you on not wearing heavy foundation..less is more. I practice eating a healthy diet drinking lots of water and of course sunscreen everyday. This brings out your natural beauty and wearing light makeup will enhance it even more. Love your positive attitude and info on personal growth..enjoy your videos Anna!!
Don’t forget to get 15 mins of sun everyday, or as often as you can on your skin, before sunscreen application to vamp up your very important Vitamin D levels for strong bones and strong immunity😊
Complete bingo on how different you dress (& think) over 40. Every one was exactly correct with me. I also love the confidence that comes with age. I’m 57 and it just keeps getting better. I really don’t care what people think 😂 it’s so freeing. Great advice at the end of the video as well. Ty! You are lovely 💖
Thank you, Anna for sharing your personal story. Thinking about who I want to be in 1 year, 5, 10, sounds like a very fruitful exercise to begin better habits and better care for myself and others.
Perfect timing. 🎉 I am going to a Janet Jackson (and NELLY😂, too excited about that!) tonight and trying to figure out an outfit! Summer is so much more difficult the older I get because I don't want to be the inappropriately dressed mom showing all the skin I used to show but... it's hot! 😂
@@ANNAREID29 I'm very excited and it was last minute and very inexpensive too. Woohoo! Also what you said about your therapy sesh four? years ago reminded me of a time in my life, around 6 years ago, when I had my own "come to Jesus" moment of sorts with my life/self/inner and outer health...I started watching TED talks while getting ready for the job I loathed (while finally interviewing for another, which I got!) and heard something to the tune of "Live as if the wish fulfilled " Basically act like you already have it. Dress the part, treat yourself like you ARE that woman....ask yourself, what would somebody who loves and respects herself do right now? Almost everything except my home and partner has changed since then, one small step at a time....from my job to my health/weight to my social life to my hair and even teeth honestly. Clothes too, though that's an ever evolving process. 😂❤️
Anna, I absolutely love your videos. Your style tips are great, of course, but you have a fantastic personality and I always appreciate a good laugh with your light-hearted sense of humour. I end up watching more videos just because you're so likeable. I just recently discovered your channel, and up until now, I just haven't been able to put my finger on what I was doing wrong, and why I hated everything I owned as I enter my 50s, despite the fact that I 'used' to be a fantastic dresser. Watching your videos helped me avoid buying more things that represented the same mistakes, and now I've got some new things that are more flattering, and better styling for the things I already had. Plus, I did a major purge to get rid of the awful. Feeling much better about myself. Much appreciated!
Thank you! It WAS very helpful, I hope younger people hear this and try to live it. Im older and I will be practicing it as Im stuck in my semi retired life. 😉 Also I live in VERY hot Phoenix AZ and I wear shorts starting last month until November. Its just not possible to wear pant of any sort these days. When I need to be put together its a dress or skirts. Hot weather gets Much harder the older I get.... comfort is KEY. 😀
I definitely feel 28 (currently 58) but now I want my style to be more classic, but I do have a hard time breaking free of the casual jeans/tee outfit.
Since I have switched from a fitness job, wearing leggings all the time to business casual, you have been very helpful. I love your classic style. Thanks for all the great content!
Love that psychological advice! Went perfectly with your aging related clothing video. Your classy put-together simplistic chic style is fun to learn from. Thank you!
Very helpful. Focusing on the person I would like to become is a very great advice. Focusing on the colour that suit my body right now. I love it. I have been warching your videos the last couple of years I am glad to hear your improvmwnt and your insights. Good job. Have a wonderful day🎉😊❤
Phenomenal video. Yes, I do use the technique offered by the psychologist. I call this technique visualization. And I used visualization to help me loose weight. I am gong to take your suggestion and now think of ways to dress better more often. Thank you for this video.
Love your channel and classic style. In a previous video, you introduced us to Goelia, they have really beautiful pieces and Ikeep going back to it, love the pocka dots! I am 75 and have been looking for a wedding guest dress without much luck. I'm so glad that you tried on the black silk dress, i think it might be the one. I want something classic and keep being drawn to things i might have worn at a much younger age. Thanks for your insight on style and fabrics, how can i go wrong with the little black silk dress?!
Love this! And no you definitely can’t go wrong with a black silk dress it’s classic! It’s fun to play around with accessories and shoes with that one too ❤️❤️❤️
I usually skip these videos even though I am 40. 41 to be exact but I didn’t on yours because I really do truly admire your style and take your advice. So I appreciate you.
Thank you, this one of your best videos; loved the clothes. I am now retired, I had knee surgery and now wear only flats, I can wear low heals but overall find flats most comfy. Like you I wear less makeup, I have always focused on skin care and reap the benefits now. For the last several years I use a lot of oils - my very dry skin responds well to them.
I like Goelia’s natural-fiber items. Their cuts are good for us petites, and are more modest than US or Euro brands. I hate it when tops are cut too low to be modest, which is the case with the majority of US brands, they’re designed for tall women and to look sexy and revealing. They look fine on those 6-foot models, but can show everything on short me. I never show any cleavage. Always use their size chart, their sizes are not equivalent to those of non-Asian countries. I’m a US size 6/8 and I order a size Large from Goelia.
I think orthodontia is worth doing at any age. I’m grateful my parents had my teeth straightened as a child, it was a financial sacrifice. The orthodontist didn’t do a proper job, though, and I’m thinking of getting it redone, correctly this time. He didn’t want to put in any more time on me because he had already received his flat fee, so he said the retainer would close the remaining gaps, but it didn’t. I protested that I didn’t want them removed yet, but no one listens to kids and he yanked them off anyway. I’m 64.
I'm in the same boat. But my daughter needs them so I'll just keep putting it off. It's okay, just annoying they didn't do it right while i was a teen!
Thank you Anna, I’ve been watching your videos for about a year. I watch at home on tv and never subscribed till today on my phone. I just watched this video today and it was touching. I really look forward to watching your videos. Im a professional, mom, when I’m with my husband on dates I love dressing well. You’ve taught me to dress and purchase with intention. Thank you ❤👍
Omg... the white Skirt black dots looks very similar or maybe the same skirt as the one i bought a few weeks ago, i love it. Only mine is maxi length. It looks nice how you put it with a belt and striped top. Thanks for video
Anna I was thinking you look so tall in these outfits and they really look classy, I was like I wish I could pull that off. then you said you are 5'6" same as me! So I need to try some fresh outfits and see how they work. Thanks for the inspiration!
59 here and I often tend to dress androgynously. My favourite look in summer is a pair of baggy pants that have a fitted waist and then go straight down from the hips, a nice wide leather belt, and a fitted top. My lower gut is bigger and this works to hide my lower tummy since the brain says "baggy pants". In the office I LOVE linen / hemp shirts with a short "grandad" collar - nice and cool, and good for the "business casual" work.
Thanks for all the takeaways in this video! I think I will watch it again there were so many good nuggets. BTW - nothing helps a person feel more comfortable in their skin than a good therapy session. 😌 Speaking from experience.
Great content it’s good to look forward and question what kind of life we want for the future. I love to dress in jeans and good quality tshirts and more classic jewelry.
Yes could you please make a video for make up but if you can put some make up that doesn’t crack on your skin or doesn’t dry something that will cover blemishes but at the same time it won’t smear out quickly
I’m all about tinted moisturizer and a little concealer, plus brows and some cream blush. Helps that i need less after micro needling sessions! A great headstart to overcounter retinol and good nite time routine. Love wearing less!! Love ur videos!!❤️🙋🏻♀️
Hey Ana! In one of your recent videos, you talked about how hard it is to find cute summer sandals with arch support for people with less-than-perfect feet - which let's be real, is most of us. And I was like 'Yes! Tell them, Ana, we need orthopedic sandals that wouldn't scream I just celebrated my 99th birthday'. I've finally found that perfect pair though. The Ancient Greek sandals Aimilia sandals are cute, stylish, and super comfortable. They're made of Nappa leather, with soft straps and cushy insoles, and they are orthopedic too. If you've been struggling with flat feet or any other foot issues like I have, you definitely need to try these out. If Birkenstock and Tkees had a love child that would be Aimilia sandals. I bought them in white, but they come in several other colors. Give them a shot!
I wrote the below comment before I heard your last story. Very interesting and I am glad that was a positive experience for you. Every time I am anxious about what is going on at work or home life I ask myself: “will I remember this next year at this time?” The answer is always “no”. So I let it go
I miss the days when I could still wear sleeveless tops.Alas, those days are gone and I spend my time looking for tops that cover my arms to at least below the elbow.
I am loving your videos! I am in NC. so yes for skincare and makeup. My whole entire life changed 18 years ago in the best way, in every way, going Vegan ❤

Rather than just blindly following random trends (the low rise jeans and tube tops of my 2000s college days come to mind...which did absolutely nothing for my short, hourglass curvy figure 😂)
Also, alot of people talk about what you CAN'T wear after 'x' age etc...but for me it's been more of what more can i pull off.
I'm older and when I wear yellow ppl always complement how the color looks so good on me, plus green like the green in the dress you showed.
I DID just roll out of bed, and I’m still in my jammies. You just inspired me to get dressed!
Haha!! Well on Sunday…. There’s no rush! 😀🙌❤️
I can relate - I just turned 44 and still feel 24.. honesty I still dress like it too.. because I can. 😄
So do I and I’m 64, but have a good figure and great legs, so I show them off. It’s not about age, it’s about what we look and feel great in🙂
@@kimberlyperrotis8962 awesome I Iove that!!
I love this! I think everyone should wear what makes them feel beautiful 😻
At 75, your "Future Me" 1-5-10 yr exercise is a good prompt to continue to be proactive in life. Love watching your videos. Anna you are a great communicator, entertainer & motivator.
I do wear less makeup now in my 50s than I ever have and I also have found what works for me and that’s what I’m sticking with
Same here…seems like you pile it on when you’re younger, gotta be “made up”.. FYI, you do not look in your 50’s!! 👍🏼
That last part really resonated with me, thank you. I am going to take time to think of how I see myself, even at almost 50.❤
Yes! It’s such a great exercise ❤️❤️
You're rockin' that green dress! Looks so great on you!
I just turned 30, but decided to click on this video for shoots and giggles. Pleased ro find that a lot of the things you mentioned I already do or have figured out for myself (like the color palette thing) anyways this video was super informative. Thanks for sharing!
Aw I loved the last five minutes!! Thank you for sharing ❤
Glad you liked this, thank you!
Your approach to style and advice for women over 40 is so refreshing and seemingly effortless! Thank you so much for all your content, Anna!
I'm 54, age is just a number I look young, feel young,I don't look like an "old lady"
My style didn't change much I always liked classic, chic clothes, what advice I would give my younger me? ENJOY YOUR LIFE, don't overthink and overanalyze too much
I love you, Anna!! Thank you!! God has used you in my life to make me a better version of myself!! I pray for you! You’re my favorite!!The Lord God bless you!! ❤🥹🥰❤️
Great video, Anna. You always have solid advice on life stuff, when that comes up. Thanks as always.
Glad you liked this one, Melanie! ❤️❤️
THe style of the green dress becomes you!
Thank you! ❤️❤️❤️
You are a sweet relatable gal that appeals to all ages of women.
I feel being put together makes me feel great ❤
Ha! I just bought that pink dress in the shade blue! Guess I’ll belt it. 😂
You radiate elegance and class! So beautiful! 🌸
Yes please Anna a makeup video would be great and also your at home skin care routine -your skin looks great !
Yes, I can relate. Turning 50 next month, in some aspects feel and look 10 years younger! I don’t wear makeup, however, I would like try, a very minimal makeup look in my new year. Great video! 😊
Love this and Happy Birthday! 🎊🎁
@@ANNAREID29 thank you!! 🫶🏾
Yes yes and yes! ❤️❤️
I love this video! Thank you for sharing about envisioning your ideal self. Seriously so good!! I’m gonna take notes on this.
I’m glad you liked that! ❤️❤️❤️
This is awesome I've gained 50pds since covid had a baby in these 4 yrs im 44 and need to find myself again I'm always wearing leggings help
Your skin looks great naturally😘
Thank you, Anna for sharing your personal story. Thinking about who I want to be in 1 year, 5, 10, sounds like a very fruitful exercise to begin better habits and better care for myself and others.
Perfect timing. 🎉 I am going to a Janet Jackson (and NELLY😂, too excited about that!) tonight and trying to figure out an outfit! Summer is so much more difficult the older I get because I don't want to be the inappropriately dressed mom showing all the skin I used to show but... it's hot! 😂
Wait, what?!?! I want to come! That concert sounds right up my alley *googles Janet Jackson Nelly concert* ❤️❤️
Anna, you're just cool. Love your videos!
You always brighten my day. Thank you!
Thank you, Robyn! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for sharing. I forwarded this to my daughter. Excellent advice ❤
Happy almost birthday! Yes, please do a skin care/make up routine video.
Thank you! I definitely will! ❤️❤️
I definitely feel 28 (currently 58) but now I want my style to be more classic, but I do have a hard time breaking free of the casual jeans/tee outfit.
I still love jeans and tee! I just basically upgraded my tees and got better fitting jeans 😜
Happy early Birthday 🎉😊❤! Love your channel!
Thank you, Jacqueline! ❤️❤️❤️
Good job. Have a wonderful day🎉😊❤
Thank you for sharing your personal journey with us, it does resonate for me.
❤️❤️❤️
Great point!
20’s just rolled out of bed: maybe cool college student, fun night out
40’s just rolled out of bed: life crises, sick, depressed
thank you! I am working on this - and your tip about the cute babydoll dress says exactly what I needed to hear!!!!!!
It’s fun to play around with accessories and shoes with that one too ❤️❤️❤️
Anna you look amazing in shorts!
I usually skip these videos even though I am 40. 41 to be exact but I didn’t on yours because I really do truly admire your style and take your advice. So I appreciate you.
Thank you!!!! You are too kind. I hope you liked the video and didn’t feel like I was doing rating what you should wear ❤️❤️
*dictating haha
I have a LOT of Goelia clothes. A white dress I got is just beautiful.
Great video!! Love the idea of talking to yourself 10 years from now...and how you envision yourself..powerful advice...thank you!
Live in FL. Over 40. PLEASE DO a beauty/makeup that works for you video!
Great info! And I also love that Goelia has a lot of modest cuts ❤️
Aw, I’m sorry to hear that! I will say, they’ve come a long way since I had braces at 12 it’s much easier now :)
Yes please Anna, a video on makeup and skincare ❤
Coming! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks so much for sharing your story ❤ love your videos!!
Great message. Thanks for sharing your experience with therapy and ways to change your outlook.
Oh wow all this time I thought you were in your early thirties! You look amazing ❤you’re energy, the way you talk etc❤
Anna, you look really good in red and coral/salmon/orange. Whatever the colours of those two dresses were. 😂 Love those colours on you. ❤❤🧡🧡
Thanks for all the takeaways in this video! I think I will watch it again there were so many good nuggets. BTW - nothing helps a person feel more comfortable in their skin than a good therapy session. 😌 Speaking from experience.
Yes!!! Totally agree! 🙌❤️🙌❤️
Ank you so much for sharing your story ❤. Soo helpful and inspiring 🎉. Love love, lets go girl💃
I wrote the below comment before I heard your last story. Very interesting and I am glad that was a positive experience for you. Every time I am anxious about what is going on at work or home life I ask myself: “will I remember this next year at this time?” The answer is always “no”. So I let it go
That’s such a great question to ask yourself! I am going to use that ❤️❤️
I miss the days when I could still wear sleeveless tops.Alas, those days are gone and I spend my time looking for tops that cover my arms to at least below the elbow.
Thank you for sharing your personal story ❤
Please do a skincare and makeup video. Would love to know what products you use.
I am loving your videos! I am in NC. so yes for skincare and makeup. My whole entire life changed 18 years ago in the best way, in every way, going Vegan ❤
That’s amazing! I truly believe when you find nutrition that works for you it can change your entire life ❤️❤️
Thanks so much for sharing your experience!
Glad you enjoyed this, Jen! ❤️
Great advice Anna! Thank you 🙏🏽
