President Biden's call for Israeli moderation in its response to Oct 7 and use of couched terms of "temporary ceasefire " and relief aid to Palestinians under siege rings hollow because of our long "shared relationship" with Israel.
Without U.S aid of armaments and $3.8 billion in aid, Israel's political stance would look very different. I have little hope of rollback of those illegal Jewish settlements. And so no peace is foreseeable in the Middle East

Trump ran on an anti-establishment campaign (even though he clearly wasn't). People were tired of "establishment candidates". It's one reason Bernie Sanders was so popular and drew massive crowds. They were looked at as the anti-establishment candidates for the center-left and the right wing. Even Conservatives would (at that time) rather have Sanders than Clinton.
But just like Wallace from the 1940s, the DNC placed Truman on the Democratic ticket thereby removing Wallace. Truman was an establishment candidate. And of course, we know how that went.
And even now the DNC are not listening to the people knowing that if it's Biden against Trump in 2024, we are ushering in fascism into the country (if you pay attention globally, it is rising elsewhere in key countries) as Biden has already lost support from many in the center and center-left due to his recent actions. But the DNC are not giving us a viable alternative (someone who isn't guilty of gen*cide).
