The Prophet Mohammad peace be upon him cried and felt sad and was very open about it when his child passed away Rahimahou Allah and said in an authentic hadith: “the eye cries, the heart is sad but we only say what Pleases Allah”. Prophet peace be upon us taught us to be real and authentic and that the tears are a “mercy”. Prophet Mohammad’s comforting of little Umar about his bird Nughair is another example- he didn’t dismiss the child’s feelings despite the fact that it was I think just after 70 of his companions were killed by the Meccans. The beautiful sister lady in the video is following this exact sunnah. It is indeed the way of all the prophets- none of them peace be upon them, from Adam to Jesus ever denied nor suppressed their natural feelings. Her eyes are tearing, she is sad beyond measure of course but she only says what Pleases her Creator because she is a strong believer and her strength of Iman like other blessed Palestinian mothers will make her of the successful in this short test called “life” and in the eternal life the final abode.
