Pity owners have driven these in the winter salt often never jetwashing the underneath or applying rustproofing periodically. Certain build date cars rust more than others too.
Can I ask how much you bought the car for? It's hard to get an idea of price for a project, my local specialists says £300-£1000? Looking at buying a 60,000 mile one owner London Surgeon, good body and floor non runner, mint interior other than.... yep, headlining sag, hasn't been on the road for 10 years. It does crank and can hear pump. I might be able to get it for under £500 but wondering if I go higher, when do I stop? Cheers
