Hey bro 39 300lb Denver guy here. Sad,ashamed,embarrassed and feel so lost. Thanks for sharing your story and showing me it's possible. I need to get healthy for me and my wife but it feels like such a giant mountain
@@Zghuck Hey a fellow Denver guy!😎👍 Man, I know that feeling all too well well. The trick is flipping the switch in brain that is focused on how impossible it feels like it’s gonna be to focusing on starting a diet and exercise. I had to become obsessed with it, I would wake up and literally first thing on my mind was how I was going to time manage my day for exercise and what I could eat that fit my diet. I didn’t think about how long it was going to take, I didn’t focus on the next cheat day, it was literally all about what so had to do to win each day, one day at a time and eventually became just what I do. If you eat like I did you should research a keto diet. I believe it totally helped accelerate the process. But you have to stick to it… if you cheat all the time you will gain weight trying to do Keto. Wishing you the best of luck to get started🙏 You can do it if you make it your mission in life!
