This is a first time seeing combat in a yoga format. I think you are onto something unique here- women's self-defense and yoga-- if you mesh these 2 I see riches in your future. I was thinking of making some music you can use in your videos if you are interested. Show me the type of music you would like with a link and I will make something similar but different.
Hello, how are you? You know that when I was about ten years old, i used to play with one of my guy friends and i fought him in the head with my knees. Until now I felt extremely bad. But I think he also agreed with what we had to put onto the show, so, i am now kind of relieve.
I did this one today and wow is it ever a workout! It was fun tho! I can’t really do the side lunge squats and I got spatially confused about how you were blocking in the one sequence but yeah it was a neat change!
Loved most of this until 6 and half minutes in, the low squat stuff became too lard (for this beginner) and reluctance to sit on ground -- would love more standing workouts from you. thank you!
I want to be in martial arts so bad my My parents cant take me due to time management and money. My dream is to get a black belt but i cant if im not even a white belt. I will be doing this until my parents take me so thank you.
