Loved most of this until 6 and half minutes in, the low squat stuff became too lard (for this beginner) and reluctance to sit on ground -- would love more standing workouts from you. thank you!

Unfortunately my strength training released the beast in my right wrist + hand from when I had carpal tunnel flare ups from a job from years ago-it hurst so bad but I can still workout. Anyway your videos are going to be a godsend!!! 🥳🙏🥰 I know most of them use your wrist but not as much.

Sensei, I'm a high blue belt (5th gup, blue/black belt) in American style taekwondo and I was able to do your entire workout just now even if I've been out of martial arts since 2016. I am slowly starting to recondition and this helped a lot. I will be doing this workout again very soon.

This would be better described as beginner yoga. Nothing wrong with it but definitely more suited for someone new to the practice, or I guess someone who prefers to take it pretty slow. When searching "fun yoga flow", I was looking for something more challenging and different. Just sharing feedback of the title.
