How did you know the inner c was bent, was the tire leaning? I have the same problem on the front axle of my ford f350. The left front tire is leaning inward.

I replaced the ball joints twice and each time they popped out of their hole they sit in because the top of the C was bent down like a inch in a half more then it should

hey i have the same problem with my rig. what’s the exact measurement the the “C” part of the axelhousing so i don’t over expand it when un bending it lol

Find two points on the c you can recognize on both sides and measure distance between top and bottom and just replicate to the other side

As long as I ran that axle, off-road and all, I ended up swapping the entire axle for some different upgrades a year later but never had a problem with it again even with hard abuse

@@bullockshenanigans7513 Thanks. Turns out it was the bottom half that was bent on mine and trying this fix only made mine worse. It was worth a shot.
