京都を中心に滋賀・奈良・岡山にある66の禅庭を集めました。
I have collected 66 Zen gardens located mainly in Kyoto, Shiga, Nara, and Okayama.
石庭というと禁欲的なイメージがありますが、苔や花が美しい庭もあります。
Zen rock gardens have a stoic image, but there are also gardens with beautiful moss and flowers.

As someone suffering from anxiety, I've always watch your videos whenever I meditate or just to calm myself. @@YuraraSarara I use Final Cut Pro X for editing. As well as the video timeline there is an audio timeline. If the audio goes above 0.00db it has red spikes meaning it's distorting (also called 'Clipping'). In FCPX it's easy to turn down the audio levels.
If it doesn't show red in the audio timeline it means the music was originally recorded 'too loud'. But I'm sure you wouldn't have made that mistake having heard so much of your beautiful music before! I hope this translates into Japanese for you 😊
