This, was extremely calming for me. I was super stressed out and felt fine by the end of this video. I gotta make watching these a regular thing. As a mathematical person, I really love the geometric patterns here. I also love the dual concept of:
    1) Being willing to put a lot of work into something beautiful and let it go
    2) Having something really complicated that, at first glance, you don't know how it was made be wiped clean and smooth
The second point was important for me and I felt a lot of the things I was worrying about vanish

I saw Zen Garden patterns many times, but i didn’t know what all those for. But after watching this video, it really makes more sense and this art speaks up everything without anyone speaks.

      It is beautiful to see…
Im pretty sure it’s also used for meditation, by the person raking the sand.

This is easily the best Zen Garden video I've watched by far. Such clean movements and patterns. It's a pleasure from the beginning to the end. I rarely go through these videos all the way just because it's so hard to make them look this comfortable. Great work!

The brain seeks to understand sand by putting grains under the microscope. The spirit understands sand like this - by swimming in it.
Thank you for the blessing 🙏

Wow I didn't know it would be this tingly and satisfying to view. This is so much better than the handheld sand garden I used to see as a kid. These longer videos lull me to sleep. Thanks for relaxing and peaceful content. Your movements are so calming
