Greatly explained thank you. I’m just starting my journey on trying to loose some weight and become a better mum of 3. The ‘responding’ and writing down key is such a new point of view that finally makes sense on just mindlessly burning calories. Looking forward to your future videos.
just starting out and trying to regain faith in myself. only time i have lost weight was during covid, when i exercised every day and didn't have access to sweet treats. i normally eat due to stress and have a sweet tooth so the moment restrictions got lifted i got my weight up, and because of life tragedies even went up more than before. i've been recently controlling more what i eat and i'm hopeful that i'll see results again. these videos help a lot as i had heard that weight loss was different for us women but never found enough information about it. thank you so much! (imma come back to this comment one day having succeeded)
I am watching this at 3am with a baby that won’t let me sleep properly, so I guess I am stressed due to that 😅 I am losing weight and body fat though, despite functioning on less than ideal sleeping conditions! 🎉🎉
The problem for me is everyone says low carb, but it's not sustainable at all (personally). I have respect for all the carnos, but my meal does not feel complete without a grain or a starch. So I can eat a wonderful meal, absolutely delicious, low carb or no carb, but unless I have a carb with it mt brain (and tongue) will see it as incomplete and I won't feel satisfied. I tried carb detoxing, but even after a few weeks it didn't change (and I didn't see any weight change) and when I finally broke down I felt soooo bad. I decided I'll just eat what I like because if I eat smaller amounts of what I want and what I like, I feel more satisfied than leaving out the things I like which drives me to eat more in the long run. Worse yet, I am pregnant with my third child and can hardly eat meat at all, and fruit and veg is pretty much off the table. The fiber sits so heavy in my stomach it makes me ill, oats are actually the worst offender (and I used to have a handful of raw oats as snacks). Protein also sits heavy, but not as bad as fiber. The only things that doesn't make me feel sick is simple carbs because they have such a quick stomach empty time (and surprisingly I don't need a lot to feel satisfied, but I feel I have to be super dedicated to my vitamins unlike previous pregnancies where my diet was better). Well maybe when these symptoms go away I'll finally be able to kick the last 40lbs from my first baby 😂 Hopes aren't high, though. Breastfeeding doesn't help me at all and I think it actually works against unlike all the advice 😅 Last time I tried I had to cut to a point where I couldn't produce milk to see any weight loss (I mean any, like 0.5lb/week or even less), so that endeavor was abandoned in favor of maintaining weight and being able to feed the baby. Well life goes on. I'm trying to just get comfortable in this new body 😢 but going from very fit to... well the opposite is pretty tough in the psyche and self image. Love❤ Don't expect amyone to read this long-winded personal diary entry, but here it is lol 😂
This sounds very intense. I read the whole thing. Wishing you relief and inner peace on your journey. Satisfaction with the present and eager for more. Hope my videos help ❤️
@@sevinjrustamova2782 I agree. Japanese sweet potatoes are my favourite. I eat them around workouts to optimize for energy, muscle and glucose disposal :)
I’ve watched a few of your videos now and I like what you say and how you present 😊 Indeed, gratitude and positivity does wonders to health 😊 In this particular video I’m a bit confused about those super high sugar fruits you recommend to put in smoothies (bananas, dates, figs). Especially, puréed. If we were to consume those high sugar fruits in liquid form, they just goe straight through and get stored as fat, don’t they?
Hello real quick, you said in your cideo that you should have a gram of protein per pound (body weight) i think its actually a gram per kilogram? Even up to 2 grams per kilogram depending on lifestyle factors. Can you please clarify or maybe even update the video please?
It really depends who you talk to and what the goal is. From what I’ve seen, there is a big difference between what is “necessary” and what is “ideal”. 1g/lb has worked well with most fat loss clients I’ve worked with!
What would a woman over 50 diet look like to lose weight? I have like 50 lbs I would like to lose and I feel like I google this and it’s so complex. I just want a simple diet to follow.😊
There are multiple paths to weight loss. I would encourage you to listen to your body and find sources of information that provide you with clarity and relief instead of more confusion

Just what I needed. Thanks for this video. Well done.
Glad it helped!
Stress encourages our body to hang on to fat.

Rewrite your day to respond instead of react. Interesting.

250g of protein per meal? That’s a total of 750g/day.
@@canonrebel626 yes let me clarify - 250g of meat. Which would equate to about 45-50g of protein. I worded it unclearly, apologies!

Im vegetarian and I know fake meat is very bad so I dont eat it. What would be a good substitute?
Eggs, protein powders, Greek yogurt, edamame, tofu :)
@Coach_Sooz Hadn't thought about protein powder - thank you x
225 grams of protein per meal??? That’s a hell of a lot. Is it per meal or day please?
225g of lean meat equates to 50g of protein per meal*
Fat doesn't cause pcos. Pcos causes fat gain.
Yes, fat is a symptom of metabolic dysfunction.
At first glance I thought the title said how to loose a fat woman
