Gillian Anderson feels like that high school English Lit teacher who you were terrified of, but also admired, and so you'd work your ass off in her class.
and Olivia is the drama teacher who doesn't set homework and is always up for a laugh. You never walk out having learned something but always feel better.

She lived in London until she was 12, so the English elements of the accent she has now is actually more real than the American one she puts on for acting jobs in the US.
The farther into the interview the more American it gets. She's a verbal chameleon but doesn't always have control over it when she's not actively trying.
