I have been following your work-outs since March, I try and do at least 3/4 a week. I'm becoming so much stronger, fitter and more toned!. I like the variety of your videos, I especially love dancing, so I really enjoy your short dance videos as well as the 15 minute ones (2000s is my favourite!). I was thinking it would be really cool if you did an 80s dance workout, with 80s style exercises! (just a suggestion). I'm pretty certain that your videos have helped so many people's mental health as well as physical health during lockdown. Thankyou Maddie! 😘💪
Something I find that would be so helpful is if there was a daily schedule/calendar posted that we could follow of recommended workouts. (How many to do in a day, the order, the videos/what you're working on) I find it hard to balance this/put it together myself so it would be really cool.

i did this workout a few months ago and remembered it being so hard that i could barely make it through one round. today i decided to try it out again after following your workouts for those few months and it was AMAZING! i’m sweaty, out of breath, and this was definitely a killer, but i made it through the whole thing and i’m so proud of myself! just a reminder that you can do anything if you work hard for it!!

Perfect timing! I decided to jog/walk today, and this is the perfect cardio workout to pair with it! I just finished for today and I burned around 400 calories while walking 3 miles+probably about 50 calories on this workout (I’m not sure because I forgot to wear my Apple Watch while doing this. Anyways, thanks Maddie for your devotion to this channel. It’s so motivational! I can’t wait to see what you have in store for us tomorrow even though it’s probably going to be torturous 😂 but it’s definitely worth it. Love ya! Xx- Ani 💋

The 180 jumping squats KILLED even though I've done 1 or 2 of your routines a day for 5 months now, and that has included a lot of squats. Proper burned. Couldn't complete either set of those properly. Love the variation you provide! I'm finally seeing abs starting to form thanks to you!
I loved this. I am over 50 and haven’t worked on with these kind of stretches in at least eight years maybe more but I broke my foot about four years ago and was bedridden for 6 months and it really changed the dynamics of my mobility I did the stretch today and wow did better than I thought I could but I know I have a long way to go muscle memory is 👍🏻 great. love these intense cardio workouts even though i get jelly legs by the time i finish them! i've added this to my workout playlist and i do it at least once a week together with your other workouts. thank you for the regular uploads maddie! you definitely inspired me to do this not for anyone but myself :D i hope you'd do arm workouts for beginners next time! And believe me my inner and outer thighs including calves were sore like hell... But i felt confident and gaining muscles and feeling very strong and active tysm u r helping me allotttt.. And not only also all of us!!!!!

Thi is the first time I do this one and I feel so good, tired but really good. I did this one after an upper body routine and it is really worth it.
