i get the whole sovereign thing is a strange defense to take for one's self, but I did look up driver in law dictionaries and it states that a driver is a person operating a motor vehicle or conveyance while being paid to do so in the act of commerce. i also read that if you are using your vehicle to move yourself from one place to another you are travelling. My point is that their argument does make sense if one is to go by law book definitions. i believe they need to rewrite the laws to describe a driver as anyone in control of a motor vehicle on public roadways.

Most of the officers I see in these videos are some of the most patient cops I have ever seen, kudos to them for not snapping.

These people are delusional. they have no issue partaking in the benefits of society, like driving on roads, and working jobs, yet still think that they are above the law that enables all of that.
