  • Chicken simmered for an hour in chicken broth with rosemary, thyme and bay leaves. Broth has sauteed garlic, celery and onions in its base.
    Brown rice cooked along for the meal and carrots and red peppers added to the simmer in the last 10-15 minutes to complete the meal with veggies.
    No salt, no butter, just a few tablespoons of olive oil for the garlic, celery and onion saute.
