Vietnam was a failure I’ll give you that. Although we still killed way more Vietcong than they killed us.
Afghanistan: we took over the whole country in a month and kept the Taliban away for 20 years until we decided to pull out, and when American troops LEFT the Taliban was able to take back control
Iraq: in 1991 we lead a coalition that completely destroyed Iraqs army with very very minimal casualties and saved Kuwait.
In 2003 we took over the country and ousted Sadam Hussein within a month. When we LEFT there was Chaos in the country because there was no organized power structure willing to keep the country running so ISIS thrived.
North Korea: South Korea exists because of the United States so I don’t know how that is a loss.
You also forget to mention that all of these wars are thousands upon thousands of miles away from the United State’s borders yet we still performed well and won many of them (at least militarily).
But Russia can’t defeat their neighbor and China can’t project military power past their backyard only economic power.
And don’t say Russia is fighting 30 countries in Ukraine north vietnam, North Korea, and others had support from the Soviet Union and the Chinese.
