I've worked in many different facilities snd never seen a gastric tube feeding this elaborate. I have no doubt thisis textbook, but if i had to perform it like this every time for each patient, I would never leave on time.
My friends daughter , who has special needs , has had a placement of a NGtube and has been receiving her formula through this , in the beginning of her lower dosage of feedings everything seemed to be going well , as they upped her intake consumption she started to have heavy sweats during her feeds , face going pale didn’t look good does anyone have an answer to why this is happening ? Please share thank you 🙏
hello. so the liquid taken from the stomach is placed again in to the stomach ?? I will have my first practical exam at the Nursing school and I think they should have supervised us before more often , not just once ,as I'm having some doubts now :S thanks God there are people like you to help us. Obviously I will have the trial on the mannequin but still overwhelming because I want to do my BEST in order of a safety to my future patients ❤️
