My friends daughter , who has special needs , has had a placement of a NGtube and has been receiving her formula through this , in the beginning of her lower dosage of feedings everything seemed to be going well , as they upped her intake consumption she started to have heavy sweats during her feeds , face going pale didn’t look good does anyone have an answer to why this is happening ? Please share thank you 🙏

Physical assessment doesnt include checking "down there"?? Where I am from its a part of a full assessment, not a "gynecological" exam but we do spread it apart and examine the outer parts as standard procedure.
You people who work so hard in healthcare and strive for excellence are totally amazing. Just knowing someone is giving us their undivided attention is comforting all by itself.
I start this fall n watching this already makes me feel sick. I’m a HHA n did most of this for my practicals so most shouldn’t be an issue. It’s just the exam fever lord help me
I think videos like this need to say why we do each part of the assessment and what an abnormal finding is. It would also help to have a separate window that shows how this is charted.

As veteran doctor myself, I must say this is one of the head to toe assessment of all time
