As an ER nurse, you’d think he of all people would know that urine that’s been mixed with toilet water is considered not viable to test for pregnancy hormones because of the chemicals in tap water. So it would be nigh impossible to get an accurate pregnancy test.
At first i was like “wow we need nurses so badly in this world and he quits for some temporary youtube money?” But then with him thinking he could get an accurate result from toilet bowl pee made me glad hes not a nurse anymore LMAO no clue how he even graduated
The way that being kicked out of a vlog-con was what initiated a break and was “the worst day of their lives” and not his wife losing their child in a miscarriage is amazing
I honestly think the pregnancy was real but they're still two shitty people. In my personal experience, the days after horrible news are usually worse than when you first receive it. Like, I could handle my parents both getting their cancer diagnosis on the same day, but failing a test two days later is what broke me.
Hahaha I almost think that was exactly what he thought because it’s not technically a “lie” so he was being a “good Christian man” in his explanation lol
You mean you're shocked that they did something original without having to steal the idea and then threaten people who made the original content with legal action if they try saying they did it first? Yeah, I'm shocked too.
Buzzfeed and Buzzfeed News are not the same thing, Buzzfeed News used to be a reputable news organization. After the start of the Buzzfeed as we know it, that all went away and Buzzfeed News doesn't really exist anymore as the focus shifted to viral articles and random bullshit that were primarily focused on getting clicks on social media instead of journalism.
Buzzfeed has actually won a bunch of journalism awards and does serious stories all the time. It's unfortunate their actual investigative journalism wing gets overshadowed by their random quiz wing.
Its weird they faked the pregnancy in the first place, but the fact that they faked a miscarriage is just disgusting. They could have easily just said the test was inaccurate after banking off it for a few days.
I can only guess that they figured a miscarriage wouldn’t draw as much backlash as “oh yeah we took a different test and it came back negative, whoops!” They were totally wrong, obviously, but I’m guessing that’s the thought process.
Bruh your husband is telling you you're pregnant is already a joke. Telling your girlfriend you nutted inside without protection is more believable telling of your girl she might be preggy than that.
If I'm in her situation and my husband shows me a positive pregnancy test, my first reaction would be to question where it came from and who did he knocked up. Not "I'm pregnant?"
I've had a miscarriage and you are not OK the next day. I spent time in hospital and was bleeding for a week afterwards. Emotionally it took months to a year to mostly get over but I'll never really fully get over it. Also I agree you can't test using toilet water pee. I call bullshit.
Yep my mom had a miscarriage a few months before having me, and it was incredibly painful. She had to have her dad drive her to the hospital and it lead her being very very very catious while being pregnant with me out of fear of it happening again.
Sorry about your miscarriage, but keep in mind everybody's is different. A lot of it depends on how far along you were, or what caused the miscarriage.
I feel like they didn’t fake the baby per se, I think they believed a false positive and didn’t get it checked by a doctor. Then they either lied about the miscarriage or really thought that’s what happened when there was no baby to be found
The idea that the wife wouldn’t know she was already pregnant after having two kids already and the husband just had some sixth sense for knowing to surprise her is just laughable.
She may have actually been pregnant, knew this, and wanted to keep it secret but he dragged it out of her for views using the weird fake toilet story. Hence why she's trying so hard to deny at first in the video. Miscarriages are crazy common, especially in early days, and not everyone grieves the same way. Or they faked it I don't know them.

Idk. My fiancé actually figured out I was pregnant before I did. I was expecting my period and thought that’s why my breasts were sore and I was moody. He got on the phone with his mom and was explaining how I had been extra crabby and tired and my breasts were swollen and sore, to which she was like uhhh you need to take a test. 😂 and as of yesterday I’m 11 weeks preggoroni.

Well, I mean, we do live in a time where “my truth” is held to the highest degree and is praised - even if it’s antithetical to reality. So the phenomena of million of people flocking to these kinds of videos isn’t the least bit surprising. It’s a weird time to be alive.

My first thought as well. Like, if it’s that early, you might not even have high enough levels to render the test positive yet, let alone using pee from the toilet bowl? That would have diluted it to the point of uselessness. That’s why tests tell you to use first thing morning urine, since it’s most concentrated at that point. I miscarried almost 4 months ago and I still cry every night. I found out I had been pregnant because I miscarried. I didn’t get the chance to say, “hey everyone, I’m pregnant” and then “I lost the baby”. I would’ve been even more distraught, embarrassed thinking it was all my fault. I could never face an audience again with the smile they give every video after. Even to talk about it, they don’t seem like they’re in pain. This is something I’ll never forget. I’ll move on, but in 10 years from now, I can guarantee I’ll still choke up at the thought of what could have been.
Do you have other kids though? I would imagine that alone would make a pretty significant difference in how one would react. Even someone who would love to have more kids is probably less likely to spend a lot of time mourning them if they already have multiple. I've never heard of these people before so I don't know how likely they are to lie but nothing presented in this video makes me think that it's more likely than not. If they claimed to have had trouble conceiving and then popped back from it like they apparently did then I would find it mildly suspicious but it doesn't seem that weird to me when they already have multiple children.
My interpretation is that 2 uneducated parents on the subject mistook a false positive as real, 2 days later she got her period and have since then for whatever reason twisted this event into this miscarriage story. Maybe it was for clout but maybe it was their coping mechanism for this major disappointment in their lives. Thank you for listening to my Ted-Talk
Yeah, Sam also mentioned that Nia went to the bathroom a lot so there was probably more than just one bathroom trip in the toilet, so a higher concentration of urine for the sample

So yeah, I'd consider a "god" who's supposed to be all powerful yet WATCHES CHILDREN STARVE TO DEATH "scummy" - no, that's not the word - evil monster would be the word, wouldn't it? Or would you not think I was an evil monster for WATCHING A CHILD STARVE TO DEATH? I sure hope you would as I find that disgusting yet your "god" does it on a minute by minute basis. Oh, wait - what if I used my free will to let the child use it's free will to STARVE TO DEATH, is it then okay? (hint: NO). You of course won't address any of that - if you do reply you'll attack me, make it about me, I'm this, I'm that - but you certainly won't address how fucking absurd believe in a fairytale without a shred of evidence. Anyone else notice how shady it was that Nia almost got no talk time outside the pregnancy video but Sam was saying everything and Nia was just nodding along as if she didn’t really have a choice? It’s kind of random and I don’t know why but I fell like Sam made the whole idea and didn’t tell nia about any of it which is why nia’s reactions were so genuine and then he told me everything and nia just started nodding along to save face or maybe it was past love she was hanging onto, for some reason Mia kept agreeing with him and playing along but she didn’t really want to because of the guilt she felt for faking some thing so back, idk why it just feels this way because Nia has no talk time and her reactions quickly went from genuine happiness and sadness, to the reactions of someone with genuine guilt.
Are you familiar with how acting works, or the concept of lying. A genuine reaction doesn't automatically mean there's no way she couldn't have been faking it too. And when you re-watch it, she doesn't give a genuine reaction. She never once questioned accuracy or said "are you sure" when everyone knows that the way to use a pregnancy test is to pee directly onto the stick then wait a few mins for results to develop. Obviously, she knows she never did this so realistically, the average person in her situation would be thinking "how did you manage to stick this test under my vagina while I was peeing without me noticing" and display a range of emotions, like confused, shock, suspicion, surprise etc. as they're trying to figure it out. She just keeps the same smile on her face and never even lifts an eyebrow the entire time. Then without stopping to think for a moment, she asks if he specifically used a dropper to get her day old diluted piss from the toilet and immediately believes him without a second thought of whether it's even possible to obtain an accurate reading by administering a pregnancy test this way and not following the directions on the box. Also, the fact that they never posted a video capturing their first trip to the doctor's office and their reactions to seeing their baby on the ultrasound monitor, or hearing its heartbeat for the first time is a pretty obvious sign that the entire pregnancy and miscarriage was fake. Like, this is usually what happens after taking an at-home pregnancy and there's no way in hell that they would voluntarily choose not to film and monetize these moments.
Look it's enough that it's suspicious they both might be lying, but you _just_ have to take it to another level and accuse the guy of being the mastermind and her to being "forced" to play along. There is not indication leading to this other than subtle body language that could be misinterpreted so easily.
As someone who's been in a similar position as Nia (not the faking a miscarriage thing, god no, but being thrown under the bus by a manipulative ex-boyfriend to save myself the embarrassment or trauma of him berating me behind closed doors out of view), I can completely see this theory as being plausible. When you're trying to save face and go along with things, even if you're normally outgoing you often tend to fall to the wayside and wait for the other person's input so you know what they're leading with, and how you should be following. If she's been abused routinely, she's definitely learned to be subtle with her actions of discomfort or nervousness because she HAS to. It's a self-preservation thing Acting or not, there's definitely a possibility of behind-the-scenes mental or emotional abuse happening even outside of the faux-miscarriage. Like someone else who commented before, 'if you're in a perfect and happy marriage, you don't need to say it so much' That's just my two cents though. In general, fuck this couple.
I feel as though the miscarriage was 'faked' but the pregnancy reaction wasn't, they really did believe she was pregnant from the test, but when they found out she wasn't by other means, i.e. going to the doctors, they needed a story to make sure that the pregnancy video didn't come up as faked. Miscarriage. Or, the doctor likely said 'sorry, you're not pregnant, likely you had a miscarriage' or something like that. Though, I don't know much about the mechanics of miscarriages so maybe that wouldn't be reasonable. 🤔
That's the vibe I got off this. They said a pregnancy test from a toilet can give false negatives AND positives... it's possible they got a false positive (chemicals in tap water), the reaction was genuine, but when they went to the Dr, they came to the conclusion it had to have been a miscarriage because they couldn't find the fetus.. I don't think they deserved all that hate but there was definitely ignorance involved. I thought it was a common thing to just, not announce a pregnancy until it's been a few weeks/months for this exact reason? (Exact reason being miscarriage/false negatives/positives.) I don't like family channels and I'm not a fan of Christianity tho...wanted to voice that as well.
I had a miscarriage - I was 3 weeks late and had 7 faint positives and a positive blood test (but it was pretty low hGC). The miscarriage was like a regular period, and i had an ultrasound and follow up blood tests cause the doctor was worried i had a ectopic pregnancy. Hmm yeah
So for any real pregnancy, never announce it less than like 2-3 months after finding out. Bad things can happen in the early stage, and it’s best to tell your family about the loss rather than tell them after they are hoping for a child.
@@dissraps I’m not saying they should care about what their family thinks. On the buzzfeed article that Sam even spoke on, it strikes me as weird that he outright confirms they never got confirmation from a doctor that Nia was pregnant, yet a doctor told them she had a miscarriage. I don't think they intentionally faked a pregnancy, but I think once Sam found out that the method, he used was one that was not recommended, he had Nia take the test on her own, the test more than likely came back negative, and they figured they needed a way out as she would not have gained weight or shown signs of pregnancy, leading to a far worse outcome.
Yep, you can’t have a confirmed miscarriage (that requires medical intervention) without a confirmed pregnancy. A pregnancy test will still show positive during or right after a miscarriage, too. So which was it…because if a doctor was involved and she needed some sort of medical services for a miscarriage, it was confirmed by a doctor so there would be no need to say otherwise. I don’t believe a word they say. Ifit was just a matter of having a false positive then later finding out that they weren’t pregnant….they should have just said that. To try and save face (and get those views up!) by lying about losing a baby is just disgusting. Sam just strikes me as a con man who wants to look like a choir boy. Gross.
It's a good theory, but I don't think so. A false positive is extremely, EXTREMELY rare. And you won't get one just because you don't collect a specimen right, dilute a specimen, etc. The test picks up hcg in the urine. That generally only appears when a woman is pregnant (or in certain kinds of cancer, some performance enhancing drugs and medications, and a few other sources). For there to be a positive, there MUST be hcg. In fact, most "false positives" are likely chemical pregnancies, where the egg is fertilized, the chemical changes begin, but the egg never implants, and is flushed out in an otherwise-typical period. Most women never know they were pregnant.
I've had three miscarriages. Not only is it an emotionally painful experience, it is also physically painful. I miscarried once the day before a vacation, and in every one of my photos you can see the pain on my face. I was both grieving and struggling to walk, sit, eat, anything. I understand everyone heals differently, but I could never imagine smiling and laughing for photos much less video that soon.
I remember the pain lasting days. My miscarriage didn't even fully end for a couple months, so I was also drug through an emotional rollercoaster. I find it hard to believe she genuinely had a miscarriage.
I had a miscarriage at less than 3 weeks pregnant (same as this couple), went to work the next day. Of course I was a little sad, thinking I couldn’t get pregnant, but because it was so early on, I couldn’t really grieve my child. Because they didn’t really exist yet. When you’re that early on, it is literally just cells. Everyone grieves differently, or not at all. Miscarriages aren’t always painful physically either. I didn’t feel any pain at all. And only experienced spotting. Your experience was not mine. And that doesn’t mean that mine is not valid. Same goes for this couple. I’m sorry for your loss.

@uNnHkP8mza unfortunately people think miscarriages are rare, but millions of people with uteruses lose their pregnancy on a yearly basis. i never knew how common it is, i thought i would never have to experience this
When a family acts very cheesy, especially, "Christian" live in front of the world, it's always bad. You shouldn't have to act like "good people" in front of people in the first place.
There’s something in the words “Perfect Christian Family” that seems to be a common trend in toxic family vloggers. There’s a difference between being Christian and interpreting the bible in ways that suit your ideals.
@@RmnGnzlz agreed, religion doesn’t change it. I’m just commenting on how “perfect Christian family’s” are idealised, even when religion is always self interpreted, people still look up to others interpretation of religion without the reasons the person has themselves for identifying with it
While I can't say for certainty that the pregnancy itself was faked, I can definitely see the announcement video being staged. The improper methodology and the way she seems to catch on impossibly fast as to how he attained the urine sample are definite red flags. I'd say it's pretty 50/50 here.
I love binging SunnyV2 videos because all of the absolutely ridiculous drama that's completely out of touch with the average persons life makes me feel better about and forget my own shit show of a life for awhile
As someone raised a Christian now agnostic, him declaring that “God has forgiven me” is just fucking horrible. This is not somethong any Christian or any person has any right saying. I can guarantee you God did not send an angel down to tell Sam directly that “it’s OK you wanted to have an affair”
Uh, you've always been agnostic - as that deals with knowledge and it seems you would agree that no one can KNOW if there is or is not a "god". If you are not convinced a "god" exists that makes you an atheist, not agnostic. If you then say you can not KNOW there is no "god" then you're honest - and that's called an agnostic atheist. If you are convinced there is a "god" but agree that you do not KNOW there is a "god" then you are a agnostic theist. If you are convinced that "god" is Yahwey then you're a agnostic Christian. In reality NO ONE can be a "gnostic theist" or "gnostic atheist" as again we can not KNOW if there is or is not a "god" - therefore again you've always been agnostic. So the question is - are you convinced a "god" exists? If the answer is anything other than "yes" then you are an atheist by definition. That does NOT mean you (or I) claim there is no "god" - just that you aren't convinced there is a "god" - just like someone can be found not guilty but that doesn't mean they are innocent - atheism works the same way. So I'm assuming what you really meant is you're now an agnostic atheist where you used to be an agnostic Christian. I'll hope that's the case and say it's great to see another break free of these absurd, hateful fairytales so I hope that's the case. Any "god" that is all powerful can not also be all good - as if this "god" is all powerful yet it watches CHILDREN STARVE TO DEATH I think we'd agree that is NOT all good.
You can’t say your Christian. If you left you were never Christian as John says. Hence you have no right to say what we believe in. I don’t care what you are just don’t tell us what we can’t for can’t say. The Bible makes it VERY VERY clear when a Christian is forgiven
That entire video is most certainly BS. The real question is whether she was indeed pregnant and that was their dumb fake way of announcing it or whether the entire thing was made up.
@@rb98769 that is a possibility that’s less talked about… they already knew she was pregnant, thus had the positive test already, and wanted some cute viral click baity way of announcing it… but then when she actually lost it, it got them in the butt
I’m always shocked when these type of people willingly put their lives on the internet for all to see, and then can’t believe it when they get called out for poor practices and lies
Okay but in the video of Sam claiming Nia had forgiven him for the Ashley Madison scandal at 12:30 she literally looks like she's holding a knife to his back.
As someone who has had a miscarriage it took me months to process the loss and actually get back to myself. Not to mention what we go through during the miscarriage us also traumatizing.
Honestly, being a family blogger seems like an impossible thing. Even if you take out the using the kids for profit and privacy concerns, there's no way it can be profitable long term. All of it is based on good PR which is easy to lose, as one of the most judgemental groups is parents on other parents. (Not saying some of it isn't justified)
Obviously it is more than profitable long term, just think how much money they have made over the years. If they were smart enough to invest responsibly than they are already setup for life on less than 10yrs of "work".
You’re right about the most judgmental people being other parents tho. Every single “mommy” group I’ve ever tried to join on any social media website was full of obnoxious humble brags, fake concern and indirect digs at each other lmao
I mean, you can do it without crashing and burning by remaining genuine - for example, the Shaytards. However, the Shaytards are also down only around < 100k views per video (from formerly millions per video), so it's also not entirely sustainable. As for the sustainability, I'd argue: does it need to be? If you make large sums of money each year for only three years, that's still A LOT of money made which can help you in the future.
I don't support him but this is not how it works, people talk to God through prayer and the will He implants in them, not like you talk to your friends and colleagues
Great video sunny. You raise a great point at the end. You can not have a perfect family. And it’s even harder to follow people who claim to have perfect families because you will change your ideas and thoughts to follow what you have seen as working. But these channels aren’t entirely true. They leave out the bad stuff, arguments, fights, breakdowns. Things that don’t look good. The things that truly make a family, has to be left out.
12:58 LMAO the way she goes from staring at him like she wants to kill him to the camera then back when he said that Holy shit thats a great interaction there
Some families actually really struggle to have kids. I was only born after my parents had more or less given up, years of trying, natural, programs, you name it they tried it. After all but giving up, I was considered a miracle. Born two months early, I still pulled through. My parents raised me and took care of me even through everything. And to ACT like you struggled to have a child? for views? Absolutely repulsive. As a Christian themselves as well what the hell? “God forgives you” is not an excuse, how do you even know, did you personally ask him? People struggle for years to have kids, such as my parents, and you spit in their face by making up claims of loosing a child. Edit- by the way, he’s sinned twice. Lying, and adultery.
Just to correct a couple things, we do know we are forgiven by God because we feel a sense of peace and no more guilt because of what we've done. It is possible he did ask God for forgiveness and he did forgive him, but we constantly have to ask God for forgiveness because no one sins once or twice in their life. If they did lie about the pregnancy then God could be angry at them for using him and bearing false witness to his mercy. They will have to answer to Him eventually and I just hope by then they have fully repent.
As a muslim I agree with you Yes we have different ideologies and beliefs but faking a miscarriage is the equivalent of burying your daughter alive (it was a tradition in saudi Arabia before Islam was introduced) You may not completely understand but its just an example
As someone who recently lost their father a month ago, I still cry to this day. My mom however seems to move on quickly but still has breakdowns mainly bc of me missing him so either they are in denial avoid the topic or move very fast or fake the baby.
@@davisvoelzke8011 theres a difference between a christian influencer and an influencer who is a christian, im talking about those who make christian/religious content, as that genre inherently comes with a pressure to appear as a perfect role model to your audience

@@vasyear not as much society in general but i think christians face more pressure from other christians to appear perfect (such as these influencers' audiences), and as a christian one would expect to receive more judgement for their shortcomings than a non-christian would because of a tendency of christian communities to be more judgemental than non-christian ones. I'm not a christian but i used to be one growing up and i dont know about other people but i made a conscious effort to act differently in front of other christians than i did with non-christians. They would yell their lungs out on infidelity and how men who succumb to it do so because they don't have God in their life, yet all had controversies and blamed it on themselves being human, and humans aren't perfect, but they prayed to God, so they good now
I’m not as knowledgeable as a nurse… I’m a phlebotomist. But BASIC high school anatomy/sex education will tell you that urine mixed with all possible fluids that is in the toilet is not a good sample for pregnancy…
If it’s possible the test could give a false positive from the toilet bowl, it’s possible they could have genuinely believed the pregnancy was real, and after going viral and then realizing it was a false positive when going to a doctor, the embarrassment of coming out and saying their viral video featured a false positive would have been huge. A bit of a stretch though lol
Yeah, it would indeed be a complicated situation if they announce a pregnancy and then have to backtrack on it because they messed up. I think it's very very unlikely to get a false positive in those circumstances though, and the whole situation is very weird to begin with when the father is the one trying to tell the mother she's pregnant. It's one of those situations in which you can just smell the bullshit in the air. Another possibility is that she was indeed pregnant and they staged the whole bathroom thing for clicks, which I guess is possible while still a bit scummy.
@@rb98769 Yep, they probably planned that bullshit out together, or it was even his wife's idea for him to just "know" or have a feeling that she's preggers. And even if it was a false positive under those circumstances and they actually did believe it only for it to be confirmed that she wasn't actually pregnant, it's still a total dirtbag move to claim she had a miscarriage. The thing that makes by far the most sense to do is simply explaining what honestly happened. You can still make a shitty video to monetize your story, since that's all these people care about, and it will still go fairly viral based on the content. So they just lied for no reason, except because they thought a miscarriage claim would go more viral and could be monetized more than the truth could be.
Look at his reaction when he sees the positive test. He's doing a trailer reaction channel impression. That is not how humans actually act. It's fake. He planned for the test to show positive, and he mustered up the best the piece of acting he could produce. If he's enough of a scumbag to get on ashley madison, and to then claim that he just made the account for fun and definitely never cheated on his wife, then he's enough of a scumbag to fake the entire pregnancy and miscarriage thing. The dude is trash.
@@rb98769 Getting a false positive when taking a test like how they did is actually way more likely than you think. Old urine that's diluted in water with all kinds of chemicals in it can throw up false negatives *and* positives very easily.
As a Christian, I think these people (and others who do such things) need to review the part where the Bible says "Thou shalt not bear false witness" Quite topical for thier situation, I think. We cannot proclaim ourselves as followers of Christ while at the same time outwardly disobey His law.

@@c3ru1ean41 If people want to be Christian I have no problem with it, but there’s too many assholes I know who claim to be “Christian”. Even my Satanist friend follows Christian beliefs better than actual Christians.
They didn’t say they were morally good and pure. In fact that’s not a Christian thing in general. In the Christian religion, only god and jesus were morally good and pure. No one else is. Including Christian’s. You see Christian’s are like every other person on earth, fundamentally broken people. Everyone does bad things. Everyone is kinda shitty. The 12 disciples of Jesus in the Christian religion show this. Each of them are kinda pitiful and bad. I have quite a complicated relationship with Christianity, but one thing I do know is that Christian’s aren’t morally good and pure, and the Bible they worship doesn’t ask them of that. It is sad that so many Christian’s act that way, but if you meet true Christian’s you’ll realize there’s a night and day difference. The whole point of Christianity is that we are broken and flawed, but despite that are loved and will always be loved by god and Jesus, even if we aren’t Christian.
As a Christian, I ask that you please don't let these people convince you that all of us are lying jerks. Because we're not. There is a difference between being Christian and hiding behind the Bible. Please also take into account that there are different types of Christianity. (The Bible is a little confusing sometimes and a lot of people have different views on it.) So when observing someone who claims to be Christian, please look out for the little things.
The SCARIEST thing about Christians right there.. “And I asked forgiveness from god, and he forgave me, so I’m completely cleansed of this sin.” When you can say a phrase and make anything Ok… That’s how evil evil stuff gets justified.
Yeah that was what sealed them as being people of low character in my estimation. I was already tilting that way but the attitude and arrogance in that statement certainly crossed that line for me.
Religion is just fiction that was written to, take foolish peoples money and justify treating people like shit and having a "higher power" that can forgive you after you do it.
Seriously….and the fact his wife seemed to go along with it is even more disgusting. She just accepts that he’s a new man because God ‘forgave’ him. He’s gonna cheat again, and he’s gonna ask god for forgiveness. I don’t like her, but she needs to RUN if he believes everything can be forgiven because God forgave him
I was watching this with my mom and she thought this was a documentary of some sort, but when I told her it was on UA-cam, she was shocked. Great work with the vids by the way
My mother had a miscarriage when I was 10, an only child, and just moved into our house. This was a fatal blow for us, we didn’t leave the house for a week, we barely even talked to each other. I cried so hard every night that I would wake up at 12pm. I cried so hard I couldn’t breathe, I would vomit. This cannot be something that people can use to gain clout. I can’t express how angry and sad this makes me. We are also Christian, and we felt that god was telling us all about the little one we lost. We felt he would be a boy, named Ezekiel. But, when I was 11, my mom was pregnant again with a boy, who survived the pregnancy. We got his middle name from our lost baby, Ezekiel, and to this day he is healthy and thriving, being the perfect little munchkin we could ask for.
"I am totally cleansed of this sin" I don't think faking something as traumatic like a miscarriage and cheating on your wife is something God can forgive.
God can forgive a lot of things. Literally the only things that he cannot forgive is when a wife cheats on her husband and when someone teaches others to hate God. Apparently those are sins unto death, but even then he forgives those too sometimes. Keep in mind he forgives only if you truly hate what you did and if u never do it again
As a practicing Christian, I can only assume these people chose to be "Christian" because they thought it meant they could do whatever they wanted and there would be no consequences so long as they said "sorry", just some cosmic get out of jail free card. Yeah, I'm sure God will be totally cool with them twisting His words to get away with their bad behavior...
You can see around 3:58 that she is getting aggravated with him, but she needs to keep a smile so her reputation doesn’t get ruined. It felt really weird trying to watch that as she clearly was mad at him but couldn’t do anything

Well I mean all you have to do is think to yourself about your sky daddy and then you're all better, right? So who are you to tell them that their sky daddy doesn't forgive them - isn't that how your "god" works anyway? What seems scummy to me is belief in a hateful "god" who's committed genocide, condones slavery, the murder of non-virgin brides, the murder of LGBTQ, murder for picking up sticks on the sabbath, death for eating shellfish, for wearing mixed fabrics, need I go on? So yeah, I'd consider a "god" who's supposed to be all powerful yet WATCHES CHILDREN STARVE TO DEATH "scummy" - no, that's not the word - evil monster would be the word, wouldn't it? Or would you not think I was an evil monster for WATCHING A CHILD STARVE TO DEATH? I sure hope you would as I find that disgusting yet your "god" does it on a minute by minute basis. Oh, wait - what if I used my free will to let the child use it's free will to STARVE TO DEATH, is it then okay? (hint: NO).

I was told socially, you do not announce a pregnancy until you are 13 weeks pregnant to avoid situations like this.
You are allowed to announce it whenever you want to. I didn’t tell anyone til I was 5 months pregnant because I was worried about reactions + miscarriage, and regret not telling anyone when I first found out (8 weeks). 🤷♀️
“Situations like this” happen all the time and can’t just be avoided. Id rather tell people I’m pregnant, than mourn the loss with them than pretend like nothing happened. It’s not healthy.
Yup, in general people wait till after the first trimester because the chance of early on miscarriage is much smaller
I waited until I had my son. Best decision I’ve made. But imo it don’t matter when someone announces it some are just excited about it but I have unsupportive & jealous family members who would envy me over that.
Also, socially, you don't have to share everything with everyone.
The main reason people delay it isn't for social reasons but because miscarriage and other complications are much more likely in the first trimester. Most people wait so they don't have to explain to anyone their tradegy. It makes the tradegy easier to bare if you don't have rando coworker's going "how is the baby doing?!?!?"

It's a self-preservation thing
Acting or not, there's definitely a possibility of behind-the-scenes mental or emotional abuse happening even outside of the faux-miscarriage. Like someone else who commented before, 'if you're in a perfect and happy marriage, you don't need to say it so much'
That's just my two cents though.

Said those words right off my mouth!
(Exact reason being miscarriage/false negatives/positives.)
I don't like family channels and I'm not a fan of Christianity tho...wanted to voice that as well.
I had a miscarriage - I was 3 weeks late and had 7 faint positives and a positive blood test (but it was pretty low hGC). The miscarriage was like a regular period, and i had an ultrasound and follow up blood tests cause the doctor was worried i had a ectopic pregnancy. Hmm yeah
Nah. They faked it, I have no question in my mind.
I feel like the pregnancy video might be genuine. But the miscarriage video has such obvious lies. They are horrible liars.
So for any real pregnancy, never announce it less than like 2-3 months after finding out. Bad things can happen in the early stage, and it’s best to tell your family about the loss rather than tell them after they are hoping for a child.
Or maybe your families expectations don't really matter concerning your child and your dead child? Wtf is this comment who cares how your aunt feels

@@dissraps You could also consider the heartbreak if you announced your pregnancy, miscarried, and then have a family member ask how your pregnancy is going because they weren’t aware. It’s really just best to wait until the second trimester to avoid extra grief.

Gross.
that’s what it sounds like to me! a false positive.
That is by far the most likely scenario. Well put.
Omg I’m sorry
Damn that must have made the vacation awful, sorry to hear about this, i hope you got (or will get to) have a succesful pregnancy.
I remember the pain lasting days. My miscarriage didn't even fully end for a couple months, so I was also drug through an emotional rollercoaster. I find it hard to believe she genuinely had a miscarriage.
Jeez, that hurts. You must be so unlucky! I'm so sorry!

I was more So thinking that the initial video was staged and they found out already, but the miscarriage was real.
@@rb98769 Getting a false positive when taking a test like how they did is actually way more likely than you think. Old urine that's diluted in water with all kinds of chemicals in it can throw up false negatives *and* positives very easily.

Now this is a person with a big brain!
As a Christian, I ask that you please don't let these people convince you that all of us are lying jerks. Because we're not. There is a difference between being Christian and hiding behind the Bible.
