One thing I've found is that "coping" and "getting by" and being "confused" or in a "hazy state" is completely a choice. The key for me personally is to NOTICE and be AWARE of when I'm repeating loops and patterns and SNAP MYSELF out of the haze and get back into alignment with my Highest Values. It's about creating a life I actually WANT versus just what I "need" just to get by. Great video Owen! Thanks for being one of the people that inspires me to post videos every single day. Much Love 🙏

Owen recommended a book called "7 habits of highly effective people" which I'm reading now, it has a lot of good information that is helping me and reminding me how to stay out of that haze. I've fallen in and out of it many times and to be honest is terrifies me when I find myself there again it's like I feel broken like my brain is just not working and I'm completely reactive to my environment (my thought process, like looping on people that bother me etc.) It's easy to slip up, when you find yourself in that haze don't indulge in any distractions, the only thing that's important is getting back in alignment and OUT of that self destructive head space.

@@MikeJones-um4mf The way I see it is that you need to choose which capital you will focus to work on for a period of time, once you have that capital handled you focus on the next one and so on, to try to improve all of these capitals at the same time is not really doable, just keep them all on your radar and when the time comes to improve them, you do it.

Man I love this. I love the energy I’m at the same energy. I wanna live the life of my dreams I had some bad years. I got sick with bacterial meningitis almost died at 34. I’m 45 going on 46 now. I have climbed the vibration ladder. Awakened I got no kids I’m smart. I did have some memory problems but I’m better now from being sick. I was depressed for years because I lost my job I had got into drugs but now I been clean for 4 years. The last 4 years have been very transformative to me. Now I feel like a soldier I going to win. Like the game chest I’m the knight I got confidence I’m learning from u thank you man. ❤
Owen, it’s the technical and procedural aspects of creation that leave people stagnant at the same place. How do you start? Do you do everything yourself? Do you do your own video editing? Your own thumbnail? Do you teach yourself the technicalities? The specifics hurt… that’s my obstacle and not lack of time

Owne shed a tear @ 32:18 , i guess he really felt that one.... He knows most of people will never get there. And i don't know if i will ever get there but what i know is that i will make radical moves in that direction. So i see you in 5-10 years (maybe less)....
So I have a 52 video masterpiece series coming in 2023. It is hyper abstract and goes deep into uncharted waters in self help.
But this video and last week's were the two more practical of the bunch, and related to making money.
LAST weeks was #2 in a 5 video success series in the backlog, this was video #1 which was heavily requested in the comments - numbers 3, 4, and 5 will come out 2023, but I will RE RELEASE even better cut versions of these in their intended sequence, at that time.
I felt a social duty to release these both as quickly as possible, so you can start making money NOW. I know money is a pressing issue for a lot of people who are struggling and suffering.
So please use the fact I released these early to aim to at least make your first million in sales by the time the 52 video series comes out, that really isn't setting the bar that high.
Then when the videos come out, you will be in a better position to absorb them, since you aren't just in a coping state, and can move into THRIVING as those videos are meant to teach.

This is our year brothers. There is more than enough for all of us who want to do the work. LETS GO!
I lived with or near my direct family almost my entire life. Im 31 years old now, but recently (at the start of this year) i left my brother's condo in Florida and rode my motorcycle across the country to California with nothing but a laptop for work (coding) and a tent to sleep in. I did this in search for a major change in my life. I needed to detach myself from everything that was normal to me completely so I could focus exclusively on my own personal development. I think the first step was to separate myseld from everything i thought was important and realize I dont need anything. The next step is to calmy see and persue what I percieve is important to me. Its hard though being on your own and basically homelss, people dont like nonconformity, but I know I will prevail. Im begining to see that to have what i feel is most important i need to have abilities that legitimately offer value to people, particularly the kind of people i like. I also need to have the willpower to use those abilities all the time.
I also want to add, i think some of the most deep and fulfilling relationships that exist are between people that truly need eachother. How do you end up in those relationships? Christianity. Its better to give than recieve. Not persuing material advantages. You do this, youll find yourself among the desperate and helping them. The love they'll have for you will feed your soul.
I appreciate how real and raw you were around the 31:00 mark. We all have our own paths to "success", but to me that's such a conditional concept. I think "happiness" is a lot more concrete, verifiable and ultimately important. You're either at peace or you're not, right?
So many "successful" people with millions in net worth who hate Sunday nights and are trapped. With no FREEDOM. I'm like you Owen in that if you boil it all down, freedom is the only thing I give a shit about.
Here in this space there's a hustle p--- element, guys are encouraged to learn a trade that'll age their bodies terribly, or a 90k per year job being a salary man for a w@ke c@rporation that h@tes them (~55k after taxes & commuting expenses, etc). Like, WHAT is the point of that in the bigger picture? To spend years hating 5 to enjoy 1 or 2, sucking up to NPCs and jerks just to get a paycheck? There's no FREEDOM in living that life.
As a younger man I read Ayn Rand's shorter works, and it changed my life. I believe we need to turn our back on this worthless modern society, and Go Galt. To do our best to love individuals fully, while totally rejecting the system. I'd ask guys, who holds the dominant frame in your life? Is it you? Are you SURE?

Thank you Owen! So many of your audience struggles with managing their emotional & focus capital, so do I do without any friends where we can both say, "hey man! Did you manage your emotional and focus capital well today? Awesome!" I've gotta be my own friend & do this. This is required even if someone has friends, so it's a good lesson to learn and it's hard to accept the circumstances and be strong when no one else you know is, other than the occasional breath of fresh air that is one of your videos or very few other content creators that I follow. Thanks for being a great influence and being someone I can lean on in my time of enacting this principle of managing my own emotional & focus capital, which is the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
This is my year. I know it. In fact, I don't need more than 2 weeks to change my life significantly. It's in my hands and I will do EVERYTHING to get to my ideal life. It doesn't matter if I will live on the street, work around the clock, have to have some painful changes in my relationships with friends. This life is authentic to me and I will never let it go. I will take the actions required and there is no going back, I'm at the point of no return. I'm throwing the hardest punch I have right now and I'm proud to actually mean it when I say that I'll either achieve the life I want or I will die trying.

One thing (of many) that was really helpful was the idea of getting aware of energy spent on looping thoughts. I've got lots of those. Today your advice about this helped me make better decissions. Instead of thinking about what I had to do later, I just went on do it.
I don't mean that you don't have to think about certain things, but in this case I just went like 'today I want to do simple task A, B, C and D' and that 100 times. Then I just did A, B, C and only could think of D. No more looping thoughts about A, B and C.
Does anyone else watch Owen's videos about this type of content with loop enabled & listen for a couple hours after watching while getting your goals done?
