@@Kunfucious577 It doesn’t look like it. For once there’s a prosecutor who doesn’t side with the defence (as in ‘we’ll waive this. Plea deal for that’) yet the judge lets her continue on her merry way? It’s just insane!
I don’t know how bond works in the US but where I’m from, if you breach your bond in any way, the bond is gone as in whoever put it up has lost it. Kiss it goodbye forever. Essentially like a guarantor.
I feel so bad for her poor grandparents who, more than likely will lose all that money because she clearly doesn’t give a single s about them 😢
Doubtful her grandparents are funding these high cash/professional bonds. If they can drop this kind of money, she would not have been in the foster care system, doesn’t mean they would have physically taken her in but, boarding schools exist…. By some of the comments, consensus is her suppliers are posting bond. 🤨

She's had a "no contact order" in place for months, and became pregnant by that guy during this no contact period. The judge is not happy about this. 🤰
When Judge Webster challenged her on the math, little miss defendant said she “Had a doctor’s note saying she was pregnant.” She didn’t say the the note determined how far into the pregnancy.
This so-called judge may be unhappy about it but continues to give her a bond. 4 bonds and she's done the exact same thing each time. Crooked judge, or a judge who just don't care about the public.

Yet she continues to let her out to continue doing meth, dealing and associating with violent criminals. Judge Webster is being very irresponsible in my opinion here. At least in the jail, under the right restrictions, she won't be able to further poison that emryo, so if it does end up born and hopefully adopted, it won't have as profound issues as it will now.

I think Ms. Gillett is even frustrated with the judge. She knows no matter how high of a bond she gives her, her drug dealers are going to get her out! Regular people just don't have that kind of money to just give away! I bet the bond company is happy!!!
She is. And when she was telling the judge why you shouldn’t give her another bond the judge seemed to get upset with her. Webster usually is a soft judge. These people repeatedly look stupid and it’s deserved.

I'm getting tired of hearing the same old excuses about missing court due to lack of transportation. Don't they get it? Their personal problems are not an excuse for failure to appear. Period.

Drug addicts always put things off and I know someone who didn't get clean until spending 6 months in jail and now she's getting the help with her addiction but it's a struggle for her everyday 😢

Imo it's being paid by drug sales. That little thing isn't earning any income and I seriously doubt her family is paying. No one would be so stupid to forfeit their money to this repeat offender.
They are enabling her behavior by paying her bonds. That doesn’t help ANYONE. Least of all an innocent baby. Sounds like she has had a rough life with a mother who was addicted so badly that CPS put her in a foster home. The foster care systems in every state are bad, but some are worse than others.
She has never seen anyone take responsibility for bad decisions, so she doesn’t know what that looks like. Besides drug rehab, she needs intense psychological therapy and the people paying her bond would do much better for her and her child paying for that than ever escalating bond amounts.
From what I have seen, which is just this video, it seems like her boyfriend is a major part of the problem. She is young enough to turn her life around, though those felonies will follow her the rest of her life.
I don't know. I've seen her before and in one of them she says "the person who takes care of me" when asked about paying something. That they would pay it. That's a weird way to refer to a family member so I'm guessing this is a boyfriend and he has plenty of disposable cash.

I’m still learning about bonds on 23:55 these videos. Is it possible these were 10% bonds and if yes, does she just forfeit the amount that she paid - the 10%? Still, it’s a bunch of money just to throw out the window.
@@vanmamawannabe6360 If they pay a bail bond company, yes, they generally pay 10% or some other percentage of the bond amount up front plus any fees - but if the company has to pay out on those bonds because the bond is revoked, the company does go after the guarantor (whoever signed the bond paperwork) for the entire amount.
The drug dealer/s she's selling for are paying her bonds, they need her back on the streets selling for them!

@@vanmamawannabe6360they probably were 10% bonds. So she pays 10% to a bond company (or whoever) and the bond company puts up 90%. She won’t get the 10% back, but if she doesn’t show up the bond company loses the 90%. If she does come back then the bond company gets the whole 100% back. So they are taking a risk but also bond companies keeps track of the defendant to ensure they come back. But In this case the bond company loses out.

Probably just the 10% assuming the bonding company didn't hire a bounty hunter. It doesn't sound like things got THAT far. In Michigan the bonding company has one year from revocation to produce the defendant before a judge can even think about ordering the bonding company to pay up.

So times they only have to pay 1% so the bondsman pays ten then they only have pay 10% if that n the rest in payment so it ends coming out to 1% of the bail I had a family member own a bond company and yes lot of drug dealer involved but they usually get someone else to out there name on the paperwork

The only things they will do differently for a pregnant inmate is give her two mattresses and mark her file MEDICAL.

In total of forfeiture and current bond that is approximately $785,000.00. I do not know anyone who would put that kind of money up just to loose it to the court except those in the "rackets". This young lady in my humble opinion is going to be indebted to whom ever it is that is losing this kind of money for her. This is not a good situation. I am interested to find out if she reports for her next court date.
