What a weird time we live in. You can have an active warrant, be actively evading it, while actively "appearing" in court to take care of your case. It's fascinating.
Welcome to the covid world
If she's out of state she'll be alright if this is the local court then police would probably be at the door by the time court is done
omfg yes this is the best comment!!!!!
Seriously right?!
Before they arrested you right there and then I know 😭😭😭
The real victim is the mom who not only had to leave her dying brother, and his inevitable funeral expenses, but had to drop 7.5k on her terrible daughter.
I was going to say something like this, you said it better than I could. Truly feel bad for the mom.
For once our factions can agree on something😂
The mother should have left her in jail..
You play you pay .
Period..
I also figure what kind of mother do you have to be for you child to end up a meth head.
She should have never paid it. Enabling her isn't ever going to help.
I hate it when I’m in Alaska, but actually in Colorado , and the cops show up
You need to update your sat nav.
Man, you ever been so high as shit on meth that you're thinking that you're in Alaska, a state you've never been to, but you're in a completely different state, but actually in the exact same city it all went down in. Fucking crazy man.
I know!! It’s sooo inconvenient!!
Me too, sooo frustrating.
Ehhh, mountains. Close enough.
I think the judge was stalling to give law enforcement time to get there before she tried to flee again lol well played judge!!
That is exactly what the judge was doing. The Sheriff was on the phone with cops in Colorado arranging her getting picked up.
This judge is comedy. I saw her in another case and lots of slow clap roasts
When they ask the address of where you are at, that is pretty telling. Lol.
@TGirl503 Also if you're on probation and they tell you to report to the main PO office instead of the one you normally go to. That means they're picking you up for a violation but they of course don't tell you that
This poor girl is going through so much right now. I remember when my best friend's aunt's 3rd cousin's next door neighbor's brother-in-law's child hood babysitter was diagnosed with terminal stupidity -everyone suffered

😆👍
Stop it, 😂😂😂
Love this!!!😂😂😂😂
When I got in trouble I decided to be super honest for once. I was tired and I was ready for something different. The judge was easier on me and I got help. I’m over one year sober now with a job, a car and a savings account ready to get my own place. If I can change anyone can. She has to want it.
Edit: I’m now over two years sober! I got my own place!
Edit#2: Coming up on three years now!!
Keep going. U can do it!!!
The tattoo above her eye alone sentences her to never working a legitimate job. That chick has big problems in life, she will probably be better off in prison.
Yup... honesty has always gotten me ALOT further
@@mharris5047ummm that’s not true at all. Not to mention addiction is a horrible horrible disease, she can change and get the help she needs. Unfortunately the is the worst country to try and get the mental health help u need. I hope she gets the help before something horrible happens to her.
Hey i am so smiling reading your comment. I have been clean from tobbaco for three years and fentanly and meth for 7 months and counting. I am trying to help promote "rescue cambodia" and I love my Japanimation, My guitar, and I love my family. Ohhh I know that noone will else get is she was playing with her hair because she was treaking. I live in Vancouver and I used in the downtown eastside of vancouver. Cops will catch you with half balls sometimes and throw them away or even catch you with dope and let you keep it. ON the eastside they are just trying to keep this mass death from happening. We have like 30 people die in a day. I have been to detox so many times but its finally sticking. Sigh .......keep strong I am proud of you, its nice not to live in shame and fear anymore isnt it. Doing meth and studying criminal justice-what a pondo combo for success 😂😂😂

We all know that the judge was dragging this out to get officers there! 😂
The irony of her forgetting her court date while also studying criminal justice in college is hilarious.
She didn't study anything but her meth pipe. Other than food and water, only 3 things pass the lips of a druggie: Lies, obscenities and poison.
For some reason, I’ve seen many criminals (even those in prison for decades) that study criminal justice. I think they think there is some magical thing, or some mysterious revelation they they will learn to avoid being arrested in the future. A person with felonies will have slim to no chance of getting a job as a lawyer or police officer. So that can’t be it.
watch some of That Chapter episodes, a disturbing number of killers studied criminal justice or forensic science.
Well at least she got an unique expience to put on her resume ...
Nothing funny about this child.
The true crime here is that Sherriff Cox didn't win the Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actor in a TV Drama.

i noticed that sheriff and the DA both writing just after a message i think the judge sent them. Once they had her actual address, Im sure they contacted local LE to pick up and detain. Now she gets to await transport which takes much longer than arrest.
This kind of lifestyle looks utterly exhausting.
It is. On every level.
"Drugs are bad, mmmkay?"
The way they stalled the process so law enforcement could get there was perfect
So PERFECT. SHE HAS MO IDEA!
I figured they were going to get her while they had her in court.
None of it is perfect. You are paying for all that bs. Aren’t we free Americans?!? So what the girl made a mistake. That bond is fn ridiculous! It’s not perfect. It’s sad!
@@ameanimalrescue Free for sure. Free to get arrested for amphetamine possession, free to stick your mother with your bond and then kick off to Alaska and make your mother eat it because you “forgot”. Get a grip, and with that bond I’m betting it isn’t her first go around either.

I don't remember hearing all her alleged crimes, 7.5k isn't THAT high. Even if her mom only had to put 10% down, 75k is NOTHING compared to what some people get.
If she's lying so easily to a Judge while 'in court', she's likely done some truly reprehensible things! I'm guessing a lot of ppl fall for her waterworks shtick but Judge Webster isn't one of them! Her lack of conscience is what's "f'n ridiculous!"

Judge is sly like a fox
Actually seem like she got a good judge that actually took the situation serious and hopefully will get her some much needed help as well besides just jail before it to late. Her mother sure have never bailed her out, or at least made some terms to go to rehab or request bond to be revoke otherwise? She clearly was on drugs dying the zoom call as she looked terrible overall and being very manipulative overall.
Well said!
Exactly !!!
Lying to any judge and they find out the defendent better be prepared of the bad outcome from the judge
That Judge was smart AF. She kept asking for Dale's address so that she could take a recess to send a marshal to his house.
I agree. And I think that is exactly what's happening at 13:54
No the Sheriff went out of screen as soon as she gave the address and called Fed. Marshall then came back...
@@Melanie-zm4xt that too, baby girl

If the judge contacted the sheriff in Colorado, why was she so shocked to hear that a Marshal was there?? Nope. It was the officer who called, and God bless him!

Clinical or cynical??? 😂🤷
I vote they meant 'clinical'. 😁

Drug addicted people repeatedly shirk responsibilities and repeatedly tell lies in an attempt to cover for themselves. They make the lives of people around them worse with their lying.
How does the passing of a family member, justify lying to a judge? She's only sorry cuz she got caught
It doesn't, that's just how addicts think. They have no accountability, they aren't responsible at all, everything happens to them. Completely delusional and irresponsible.

Sorry, my kid would sit in jail because this wasn't the first, or even the second or third time. Loving them, and helping them, comes in many forms. Letting her sit in jail for a while is love too. She needs it
“It’s a very nice house.”
“That’s great! We’re sending someone over to check it out!” 😂
Im really glad i wasnt apart of the zoom call, i would have bust out laughing when dale came over and just told the judge everything 😂
Dale wasn’t about that life. Lol.

I def don't miss this crap. Never had a zoom call but been in front of a judge a few times in my day. Wouldn't wish this feeling in my worst enemy. Got arrested once when I was 22 and didn't see the light of day till I was 33. 11 years straight! Got out in 2012 did 8 yrs on special parole and never went back. Been out for over 10 yrs now with no issues
What were your charges if you don’t mind me asking
Good on you for turning your life around 🙌
absolutely fantastic that you've taken the straight path! Congratulations
Props! 🙌 Our justice system has a lot of issues and it doesn’t make it easy for people to reform their lives. You’ve beat the odds, I wish you well!
@@jillianc6172 They definitely don't make it easy on you. It honestly depends on your parole officer. Most of the time I was on parole so long. I got shuffled around the office. Well. Most were okay and tried to help you stay out of jail, but you have a couple that are just itching to throw you back for the slightest infraction. But if you're doing the right thing for the most part, you won't have much to worry about. But thank you for the kind words and compliment
That judge tried to cut her every break she could, only to have the girl mess it up again.
That ending was epic, and exactly what should have happened, all feelings aside. I hope that girl gets some help.
So you say you hope she gets some help yet said her being arrested is what should’ve happened?? Yeah she made the dumb mistake of lying but she did it bc she probably thought they’d send someone out to get her for the warrant. I get where she was coming from with that. If you’ve ever been an addict you’d understand but from what I read it doesn’t seem like you were so you’ll never know what it’s like. N I don’t want to hear about how “you know someone who’s gone through it” which makes you an expert by proxy somehow? If you have been an addict then you’re one cynical person.
Everyone has to hit their rock bottom before getting back to the top. The judge was on this girls side right from the start, and the girl kept lying. She had no interest in helping herself, therefore it bacame the state's responsibility to do so.
Do you really think that this girl was going to make things better? No, she was destined to be living under a brige.
As for my experience, I won't tell you about my 10 years nursing in a court ordered acute drug rehab center, or my time in law enforcement.
If they hadn't got her, what do you think her expected arc of recovery would be?
Colin: agreed, I work in an MAT clinic so I know a lot about addicts, I wish everyone could just observe a day in our shoes so they could see the reality of it, it’s not as simple as “these poor people just need rehab and they’ll turn their lives around, they can’t help it!” Many times extreme structure is needed before anything will change
@@pab1381 dumb mistake? It's a crime to flee your bond and go to another state without asking the court for permission first. Not a damn thing she did was the right choice
@@pab1381 she never would have gotten someone to come for the warrant if she hadn't lied. Defend her all you want, and yes I agree that addicts need help, but you can only go so far with that excuse. Lying to a judge is a crime. She wasn't going to jail for being an addict, she was going to jail for being a criminal. The judge tried everything she could to help this girl and the girl still lied to the judges face. Yes, I hope she gets rehab for her addiction, but she also still deserves the consequences of her actions and absolutely should be put in jail
That sheriff is going to have her in custody before they get off the phone. He has someone on the way there now. Love it. Get her man.
The moment the defendant finds out the sheriff knows she’s in Colorado is absolutely hilarious. This girl is a terrible liar. “Pueblo..?? Nooooo….”
There's nothing hilarious about the situation she's in.....when fellow human beings fail, we grieve, not laugh at them !!
@@emmaa427 you realize she was most likely going to get probation until she tried to lie right to the judges face right? this is no one elses but her fault. so yes, it is hilarious. she was like a deer in headlights
@@emmaa427 I agree.
@@emmaa427 if she told the truth it was no big deal. She’s young. They know she’s using. They know she needs help. She lied Bc she’s a fool.
@Emmanuel . A Laughing at people who fail is the basis for 99% of all comedy. Normal people laugh when someone's deceit and disregard for others (mom's $7,5000 for starters) leads to a bad outcome.
Anytime a court drags out a trial THIS long, you know they are working on something lol
That's not true, I've waited hours for court to finish and the judge told me he immediately was going to let me be released, that the charges against me were planned to be dropped before I got there because they were outrageous. He took forever to let me go. They just get busy and have so much info going through their head.
@@Cozyboo42 that’s different though. She had a warrant out and was caught lying to the judge lol
And she thought she was home free and that the judge was lifting the warrant. Lol. She's a cold hearted manipulative druggie
@@vanessamiller9202 That was a new one on me -- a judge dragging out a hearing to get the cops to her house to arrest her rather than ending normally and her having a chance to go on the run.
5his isn't a trial lmao. Get educated before you speak
Lessons to be learned here:
1. Don't miss court
2. Don't associate with idiots
3. Never lie to judge or lie for friend
4. Don't tweak on your court date. You never know how you will act, or what you will say.
Keep up the great work 👍
5. Don't get facial tattoos if you're going into criminal justice.
The old guy wasn't an idiot. He was just not going to lie to a judge for some junkie prostitute he keeps at his house for free use haha. That girl isn't worth 5 minutes in jail and he knows it. He'll have a new 20 year old junkie to use in his house by sundown.
and A War on Drugs .. is a War on drug addiction that never needs .. why not treat addiction, instead of punishing addict victims
better lesson dont tweak at all and youll probably avoid the rest of your dumbass list
@@upland77 No no, they all just misunderstood. She meant she was going to be part of the criminal justice system. And she is. Just on the inside.
Are they so dumb they can't figure out they are sending officers? I guess they aren't in this situation because they are cleaver.
Oh, so you have a dog there with you?
The guy in the blue shirt was actually very nice. I hope he gets rid of those demons that he is getting involved in.
Yes im sure he is smashing her to give her a place to stay....
He’s just a nice guy who was trying to help someone down on their luck. He probably did not have a clue to the extent of this girl’s problems- with drugs and her legal issues.
He was willing to help her, but not willing to lie for her. Perhaps he may have had an ulterior motive, but not everyone does.
I hope he doesn’t face any negative consequences for this
I see guys like that get taken advantage of all of the time. They know what they are getting into for the exchange of having young girls around.
@@cknorris3644 It's also completely possible that he was taking advantage of a vulnerable young woman, which is also something that happens all of the time.
The actuality of the situation is this, she needs a place to stay and someone who will let her partake in her vices. He enjoys having a young, attractive woman around who will trade her body and company for stability. It's not a healthy or good relationship by any means, but saying that one is taking advantage of the other is completely ignoring the facts.
26:58 She's asking to quash the warrant while there is LITERALLY a cop standing right next to her to take her to jail! This is insane. Every time I thought it couldn't get any nuttier, I was wrong.😂 "I was getting to that!"🤣
She was hoping (in her methed up brain) that she could still somehow talk the judge into dropping the warrant, so she could tell law enforcement and get out of it. Poor thing is so high and delusional and probably used to getting her own way with men, that she thought some tears and empty apologies would get the judge to do what she wanted.
Oh, and also she’s gotten her way with her mom her entire life, apparently. So, that’s why she thought she could get her way with a female judge. This girl thinks she can manipulate anyone to her whims.
Seems like the best time to ask a judge to quash a warrant.
It'd be crazy if the other girl with the same face tat is staying in one of the other 8 bedrooms
No harm trying, I guess, if you have no wish to show accountability and behave more like an adult…
Judge Webster is a master of her craft. She can smell the BS straight through the zoom meeting.
I don’t wanna adult! I don’t want responsibility! I just want to do whatever I want, then cost my mom $8000 and just cry about it, hoping for a lighter sentence 🤯🤯
I love the way they stalled things to keep her on the line like an FBI wire tap in a movie. Meanwhile, the prosecutor is blinking "run" in morse code.
Exactly! Hysterical😅
WOW, just WOW. Nice stalling tactics by the judge, leaving her hanging so she'd be in place to get taken into custody. I guarantee you her male friend was well aware what was happening. Nice moves judge, nice moves.
I’m a dunce sometimes, that’s what the judge was doing…hmm , I did not pick up on that

Her life was over as soon as she was charged with drug possession and people like you don't give a fuck about what that really means in their life. You just want their money to get them a good deal. Those people are addicts and not a menace to society but we often make them hardened criminals in the end who are anti-social and people you never want to come across as soon as they get out of jail.
Wondering do you have a state license to practice law in your state.
Does anyone know if there was even an uncle who passed away?

As soon as I was thinking, "Leave your damn hair alone." Judge ask her if her hair is more important and I busted out laughing. Great, direct, no nonsense Judge.
As soon as her buddy gave up that address I knew exactly what was fixing to go down. You would have thought someone studying criminal justice would have caught onto that immediately 🙄 She must have missed that day of studies haha
The funny part is she muted the mic to call him over, and reading her lips she didn't even ATTEMPT to tell him, "Dude! They think I'm in Juneau so don't tell them we're in CO!" Chick can't even lie well...
Yeah did you see the sheriff he was on the phone immediately!!
Very smart of the guy not to argue. Harboring a known fugitive is a felony. You can feign ignorance to a random cop saying you didnt know about the warrent. But not to a judge in court that just told you she skipped bail.
Possibly a pathological liar I wouldn't trust anything she says.
As she stated that she was only a semester or so into her classes, and coming from someone who has an Associate's in Criminal Justice, they don't even cover stuff like that, especially not that early on. She would barely be past the history stage of the course. 🤷🤦😂🤣

All those questions about her tattoo/friends/etc. You can tell the judge was just buying time. Crafty crafty
Covered in tattoos tells me shes not right in the head. Mental illness.
Yea, the judge isn’t a dummy.
The judge also had the opportunity to ask about all her contacts, names and addresses, she has in different states. It´s like she told about all her escape routes without even noticing. The judge planned four steps ahead in this chess game, while the defendants moves were completely predictable.
@@adamabele785 She outsmarted her like a champ. Very good judge. I'd want her on my side for a case
