We go to the bathroom go to the kitchen out of camera so people don’t see us moving around because we’re supposed to sit and be quiet and pay attention. And if we have to move around, we’re not supposed to be distracting to everyone.

The reason they gave is they didn't want to give you an extended weekend as a punishment. If you were suspended for 5 days it was Tue-Thur and then the following Tue and Wed. If you chose to use Mon or a Fri they considered that as you terminated your employment. I'm curious to know what the courthouse security had to say to the judge during the 2nd delay of this guy lying to the court

He did not even do the few days they made so convenient for him, to serve over several weekends and he has not paid a dime of his stupid little $115. fine. I thought she was going to let him haggle himself into somemore, no punishment, but she did good. Good lord, he was given a gift and blew it. What a jerk and he is a liar too, nuts to him OSG!

he didn't even pay costs and fines so why is he being given a free pass on that. he was to pay 208 by a certain date or serve 120 days

Geez he only had to do another 24 hours the first time and only 24 hours again this time...what a dumb move. He got a big break even though he ended up with a couple more days to serve really.

Thank you, judge, for calling out the disrespectful moving around etc. I think it’s quite often done deliberately as a passive-aggressive and childish act of defiance. It’s something they think they can always explain away with “Oh, sorry, I didn’t realise” if necessary. Because deliberately trying to wind up the judge is really smart. /s
Also, and more importantly, all the faffing around is distracting and irritating to us, the viewers.

I thought he had a 120 day sentence that was suspended and was conditional that he paid his fine in 60 days and serve 5 days and not break the law for 1 year. He didn't serve 5 days and didn't pay the fine so how about the 120 days he was sentenced too.

Should have done 5p Friday until 5a Monday - that's 60 hours, two of those make the 120 hour/5 day time frame.
