Ive been an Elvis fan for 55 years now and what the RPO have done with these numbers on this album is nothing short of remarkable. You can still listen to the original recordings but to have this album in the collection is fantastic! I can't stop playing it! The great thing with Presley was that he could take any classic number and make it his very own such as this one. As Michael Buble says Elvis is without a doubt the world greatest recording artist and I have to agree with him!

I love how he has such epic endings in songs, he starts out quiet and ends with an energetic ending, i love it. He could take a song and make it his own, not many could do that, that’s one of the many things i love about him.

I lost my Mom in 2001.
But she's always within my Heart, and I think about her so very much.
Especially on Mother's Day. That's a bittersweet day, every year that passes. But she didn't suffer long. She had fallen, was admitted to the hospital, and passed away three days later.
And that felt as though I was numb and I couldn't understand how she was doing great, then tripped and fell, and was gone.
Life is very precious and I live each day to it's fullest.

Arguably the best 'pop' song ever written sung by the King - absolutely superb arrangement. Elvis at his best singing Paul Simon's finest composition. Modern music does not get any better than this. Wonderful.
Probably my favourite rendition of a song of all time. I love Dean Martin and his music, but Elvis just takes one's breath away with this.

Elvis was a mixture of rock, gospel country,soul , sprinkled with his own unique style. The costumes may cause some to overlook the one in a lifetime voice. The boy was bad. Very versatile.

this is my favourite song of Elvis Presley
It's quite amazing how most of Elvis songs are still some of the best songs out there (I know this was a cover but he covers songs and makes them his own)
Music has been in decline for years, now you only get one or two truly great songs a year from artists and most artists these days are miming during concerts.
you go back and watch Elvis live videos and you know he would never mime live because he had the voice and talent to sing every song live.
Actually the only time he seemed to mime a song was in his movies and I don't know if he was really miming in them or if they replaced his singing audio with a studio produced version
