Samsung voiding dishwasher warranty because certified technician falsely claimed roach infestation

This video is how a Samsung certified technician Falsely claimed that my dishwasher main PCB was infested with roaches and possibly damaged the board. Because of this Samsung would not repair my dishwasher under warranty and even after showing them that there was no bugs and the representatives agreed with me there was nothing they could do. I do want to thank Louis Rossmann ​⁠‪@rossmanngroup‬ and his video ( • Samsung purposely kniv... ) because of that I was watching the technician closely and made sure my home cameras were working.
