    We just got s rebounder….we’re in our 70’s and have watched you “Senior/Beginner” rebounding video…anxious to get my strength built up to do a 2 mile walk. So happy to see this. We generally walk a mile outside everyday…now I won’t have any excuses for not walking indoors when it’s raining.

    Another winner for my 64 year old, previously sedentary, body ❣️ I did this and one of your 2000 step videos, back to back. Yesterday, I actually felt my hip bone for the first time in years 😂 I was so thrilled. My lower back muscles are getting stronger too.

    This was just what I needed and didn't know! I love how you start getting really into the moves and smiling! 😊 I was smiling and following everything you were doing... except no weight. I will have my weights handy next time. What a great workout! I use to be really good until a foot injury and surgery, so I'm starting back slowly...?! 😅

      Thanks! I've worked super hard the last 6 months filming something live or pre-recorded almost daily. I'll take some time to breathe as the summer approaches. :) I knew this holiday was going to be huge for rebounder sales and I wanted to have lots of content available.

    I absolutely loved this one! It made me sweat and I used my weights too. They were 3 lbs. I was careful with them but perhaps when I do this one again I'll try to find 1 or 2 lb. weights. I love my new rebounder and you are a great instructor/teacher. THANKS SO MUCH!!

    AWESOME rebounder workout!👍🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I am a life long rebounder but my 16 yr old no name spring rebounder’s mat finally gave up the ghost few years ago, i have had a hard time finding a rebounder easy on my 57 yr old joints..a maximus pro was way to hard, my needak soft bounce is ok but it makes my feet and ankles.😞 I been looking into bungee rebounders and the jumpsport 350 looks like a good fit for my joints..👍🏻 🙏 😊

      I highly recommend the 350Pro!! I’ve actually never had someone return one. My favorite feature is the adjustable tension. You can’t go wrong with the 350Pro!

    I am getting back into rebounding after a long pause. I have done two of your four-five minute song videos, a day apart. Do you have a suggestion of how to know if I'm ready for this type/length of video?

    This is a great video!! Are u using tbe 350 or 350 pro by any chance? Ive been looking to buy a bungee rebounder im hoping it will be gentler on my knees. Ive been eyeing the 350 pro possibly? Do u prefer one over tbe other? Thank u so much !!

      Hi there! I'm using the 350Pro. I've owned both and unless you're fairly small/petite in stature, I definitely recommend the PRO over the regular 350. All the models I like/recommend are on my website www.earthandowl.com

    How heavy is the weight you use? 1 kg?

      These were 2 pound weights which I think is about 1kg.
