    Love this format! I am a beginner and really appreciate Jill showing the beginner moves alongside Niiki showing the more advanced ones.

    Love this routine, I'm a beginner at 67yrs and with arthritic knees I managed to do the whole 20mins and felt good. Thanks

    This was fun. I am a beginner but every so often I'd do 1 minute of the more advanced version and then come back to the easier one to bring my heart rate down. Very nice! (although I must admit it's not my favourite type of music 😁)

      Thanks!! You can always mute the sound of these "no talk" workouts and play your own. Just follow the moves to your own tunes. What is your favorite type of music?

      @@EarthOwl Good idea about muting the sound next time it’s music I’m not fond of. Techno, heavy metal or rap is not up my alley. I know you have many others including one with Motown I believe so you certainly give us lots of options. Many thanks for all your workouts!

      @@stephanieprielipp1716 The whole point of my no talk workouts is so you can play your own music. You’re not obligated to listen to mine. If you have a suggestion for a copyright free service with excellent music, I’m all ears. Would love some ideas!

    I found even the beginner variation tough to keep up with but I did it! And it brought my blood sugar levels down rapidly too.

    It’s a new favorite! Great format and so bright and blue. I did mainly the high moves until the end. I had to modify for the monkey move ( side kicks)! Wow, it flew by too!!

    I loved this workout! It gave me so much more control over my workout. Each time I was ready to quit, I made myself go until the bell. Then when I saw the new move, I thought, "I can do that!! Go to the next bell." Thank you!! I'll be back!

    I too enjoyed this video, I liked the buzzer for changing routine, i liked the 2 diff intensites. I iked the beat also. Earth and Owl, Could you ask Jill where she gets her exercise shorts. I much prefer shorts to leggings.

      Why wouldn't you just mute this and play your own music? That's why it's "no talk". Just follow the moves on screen and play whatever you like. I have an entire playlist of workouts like this for that very reason. To each their own.
