FIXING ANOTHER DSM | *BLOWN HEAD GASKET* PART 2 -HEAD INSTALL

Whats up everyone, welcome back to part 2 of the blown head gasket series on this GSX. In this video we are going to install the cylinder head and attempt to fire up this bad boy. There were a few upgrades we did to the car besides replacing the head gasket. If you have the latest firmware in Ecmlink, there's an auto key on fuel prime you can enable.

I have a question, is there anyway you could let me know what color wires come from the harness for the coil pack. I took my engine out and can’t figure out which one goes to the AC, Coil pack, and CAS(6 bolt swapped)

The plug for AC on the harness will be closest to the end and the coil pack plug will be closest to the power transistor. That's one way to find out. 👍

Hey did I miss where you showed the trick you mentioned in the first video for reconnecting the ignition coil ?

It wasn't the ignition coil. Lol it was the spacers for the fuel rail (apply RTV). 👍

@@DSMTHuNDeR Oh then I may be mistaken because I thought that in the first video when you were disconnecting the ignition coil that it was wrapped with electrical tape and you mentioned you knew a better solution.

@@diamanteracer ohhhhhh lol it was the igniter. I just put a ziptie right In the center of the harness from preventing it from unplugging.
