Doing a comparison test between the two
heavy weights in power carving, Kutzall &
Saburrtooth.
Interesting burrs, I finally purchased Kutzall
and here is my take on things…

Gotta say I am tempted on buying one of those Die grinders. I looks super handy.
I think you might find it useful. I like its performance, I’ve seen varied prices depending if it has includes batteries,
fortunately I had batteries beforehand;
they work in other tools. Make sure you
get the high output red lithium, they
last longer and have more power.

How do they compare in price?
The kutzall 3 pack is 67.15
Saburrtooth 5 pack is 109.60
Plus there are promo codes from Carving Fusion and Matt Carves for Kutzall where
you get $3 knocked off.
Saburrtooth has different kinds of promos
which I haven’t used.
You did not mention the shank size. Were all these b u r r s 1/8 inch suitable for dremel use? Thanks and best wishes
These were all 1/4” / 6mm, not suitable for a dremel, although, there are some hand pieces like foredom style that can be used with 1/4” shank bits. 🌝
