The PPSU Sideglass also has 13mm ID compared to it's stainless predecessor (10mm ID) which shall give better flow at the sparge arm as well. I'm wondering if the red valve at the arm has bigger ID compared to the old blue one as well... 😅 Cheers 🍻
Like seeing the Brewzilla in action. Taken me 5 or 6 brews in my 35L to get the process dialed in. Kegland's CIP cleaning head makes that process a snap.
Just started watching your channel. Although your equipment is much more sophisticated than mine, you give a great viewer experience! You pack in quite a bit of information.
One of may favorite recipes (and beers) - it's fun to try different yeasts on it, too! The Verdant IPA yeast makes it really dry and a little hazy - I called it Hazy Hog.
I'm not sure I've had it for a while. They are awesome. I know they make one that has a lower profile that's better for all in one systems I would recommend that one although I've not used it ..
As someone who contends with dyslexia, consider a lighter touch with the comments, ey fellas? Maybe the typos were a result of lightening-quick editing, slipping through the net, or maybe they weren’t. The risk-reward is bad maths, when you’re either a well-meaning clever-dick or a see you next tuesday. Be kind and have a good week
Do you have a problem with your pro lid gasket coming off or leaking? I cannot get mine to seal and it always pops into the kettle. The lid also is a tight fit onto the kettle. Like it has to be pushed on as the lip of the kettle scrapes against the lip of the lid. I'm not sure if this is just a problem with mine or all. It cannot be used for distillation as it doesn't seal.
Commenting to boost the algorithm and because I love these. Also, I know it's an edge case, but any chance that brewbuilt X3 will fit in the RAPT fermentation fridge? Still happy with my Spike CF10 in there, but that band clamp around the whole body of it is eventually gonna give out and an 8" tri-clover looks niiiiice.
Nevermind, found the dimensions. Sadly just a bit too rotund to fit width-wise but fine height-wise. I resemble that shortcoming too, so no harm no foul. :D Beer looks amazing and since Pliny is a favorite on my rotation, adding this one as well.
This is still a difficult question to answer The system holds a little more than 100 l. But keep in mind you will have significantly more finished Ward if you Brew a light logger versus a triple IPA.
I was looking at the recipe to brew this blind pig, IPA and notice 2 ounces of magnum at 60 minutes when you put this into BeerSmith it comes up very high on the IBU is that 2 ounces correct because I cut it down to 1 ounce and I have the same IBU at the end of the brew😅
I like that small brewbuilt valve
Yes ...

No doubt it's not a whole world going from my 65 l Brewzilla to the 100 l. There are some subtle differences that need to be accounted for though. 🍻🍻

You and me both 🍻
Awesome system and video.
Thank you 🍻
You mentioned in the video that you used a jaded chiller but you did not mention which one. Was it the Scylla? Great video btw :)

Epic video bud!
The wide mash tun makes lautering so much easier in the 100L.
Still love my 65's though :)
Thank you very much 🍻 I would agree 💯
Might need to check some spelling on the titles but otherwise, great video 😂
Thank you

I really enjoy your videos which brewzilla would you recommend 110v or 220v
Thank you, If you can do 240 volts that's the way to go 🍻

Where did you get the sanitizing spray bottle?
Startsan well Eat the stock tubing It's pretty easy to take it apart and change it out. I'll link it below.

Hops and ibus is a whole other topic. My friend don't even get me started. Hop utilization is a strange thing. It depends on your system greatly lol
🍻
Thank you
How about you look at ss brew tech chronical. Not saying the brewbuilt isn’t good but let’s see them both head to head.
I would agree that'd be a good video 🍻
Great Video!
Just made this Blind Pig MoreBeer kit just a month ago and it is drinking amazing.
