I’m gonna try it with other flavorings too like peppermint oil and chocolate syrup for Christmas time. The choices are limitless. Thanx for the recipe Natasha! 🙌🏼
Tried it without the vanilla (don't have any) and it's something I'll have to get used to lol. (I mainly just do dairy free milk and sugar) Gonna do coconut milk and dairy free milk next time :)

That's far from sugar free lol Just the milk alone will have 12g of sugar per cup. Now evaporate it and have a concentrated version of it, and you get upwards of 25g per 100ml. You can use milk alternatives and add thickeners like guar gum, but there's a bit of work to it. I wish it were as simple as just replacing with sugar free syrups :(
@@Mystress1980 I one were to use Heavy cream then it'd be sugar free. It doesn't have sugar in it like regular milk, then you could just use a sugar-free syrup. I do Keyo and I use this in my coffee everyday.

What I do is I buy evaporated milk. I pour in pint size mason jar, sweeten with powdered sugar and then add different extracts to make different flavors. I get the evaporated milk from Aldi for .66 so it is a very cheap thing to make.
Great idea get organic control your ingredients- I stopped store creamers a long time ago after reading about what’s n them…then while at Gastroenterologist he says be careful of creamers they cause polyps in your uterine area or colon!!
We are trying it right now and aren't so thrilled with it when comparing it to the creamer we usually purchase. So, I added sugar to my coffee and at least I can drink it now. I made ours with a combination of 6 ounces of heavy cream and 8 ounces of whole milk, the can of Eagle Brand condensed milk, and the vanilla.
@@Natashaskitchen I made the creamer a week ago using equal parts of the sweet milk and the half and half adding the vanilla. I thought it needed a little more of the sweet milk because I'm an espresso lover. Also added some cinnamon. I don't have a health issue limiting my sugar intake. However, the sweet milk is very high in sugar. It's 29 grams for the entire can. I'm sure diluting probably it cuts the sugar down. I enjoyed the taste and the easy recipe. Thanks Natasha for sharing. 🙂
If that is your preference, you can use heavy cream. It is a bit too rich and thick for my liking. I think the half and half has the best of both worlds, milk, and cream.
The reason I don’t by coffee creamer is because of the sugar, and the sugar free options are absolutely toxic. The sweetened condensed milk is a hard no for me. I do eat small amounts of sugar from time to time, but the amount that goes into coffee is more than our daily recommended allowance altogether, so starting my day by jacking my insulin is not optimal for me personally… I actually love to use lakanto drinking chocolate in my coffee, with my organic collagen powder and a splash of cream or almond milk. Healthy and delicious!!
OMG!!! I just made this and it's FABULOUS!! I followed the directions as written. I swear by my creamer, but never again. Thank you so much for this amazing recipe! :)
Yeah I know the feeling that's why I stopped making my own. I used to make it with heavy cream, whip it myself with Jordan's skinny syrup. But the dairy and me just don't get along anymore ( * )😑
Used milk whole milk or skim milk or powder milk just caramel syrup or French vanilla or hazelnut syrup or strawberry syrup or maple syrup and brown with raw honey and cinnamon powder and sugar.
This looks amazing. Def gonna try. For caramel, would I have to figure a way to make caramel more runny to add to yours to make it caramel creamer? If it's too thick, afraid it won't mix in, or keep settling out. Thanks in the mean time though, will try yours as is.!
Hi! You could use Caramel extract instead. You could also try to mix it in with the sweetened condensed milk first because that is thick as well and takes a little while to mix into the half and half. Just mix it until it’s uniform and then add it to the half and half. You may need to use less sweetened condensed milk if using caramel sauce so it’s not overly sweet as an end result.
This recipe is very bomb! I don’t have a Mason jar YET, but I used a coffee tumbler. The sweetened condensed milk was sweet (i liked that!) I also used heavy whipping cream with a touch of milk and it’s the greatest creamer I’ve ever had!!!!! Thank you Natascha 🙏
